Feminist-activist Eve Ensler wants women across the country to vote against a woman. A woman named Sarah Palin, who's running for vice president on John McCain's Republican ticket. Men can join in too. On the Huffington Post, the acclaimed author of "The Vagina Monologues" blogs:
“I write because I believe we hold this election in our hands. This vote is a vote that will determine the future not just of the U.S., but of the planet. It will determine whether we create policies to save the earth or make it forever uninhabitable for humans.
It will determine whether we move towards dialogue and diplomacy in the world or whether we escalate violence through invasion, undermining and attack.
It will determine whether we go for oil, strip mining, coal burning or invest our money in alternatives that will free us from dependency and destruction.
It will determine if money gets spent on education and healthcare or whether we build more and more methods of killing.
It will determine whether America is a free open tolerant society or a closed place of fear, fundamentalism and aggression."
And she’s a bit frightened of what will happen if John McCain and Sarah Palin are elected. And not just in this country.

I’ve actually never even heard Ensler’s name. And, good Lord, what a drama queen!

The hypocrisy is amazing. Many of these feminists have been screaming out “girl power” for the last 40 years. and now a woman has a legit shot at being Vice President of the United States, and they are sounding like the sexist pigs they rebelled against in the 50s and 60s.

Isn't that a bit melodramatic and self-centered? I doubt that future historians will notice this as more than a bump (or dip) in the road.

Democrats just aren’t ready for a female president. First they ditch “She Who Should Not Be Named”, now they want to ditch Gov. Palin. Democrats are quite sexist. And we also know they are racists, which is yet another reason why BO won’t win.
