"If you want to know where Al Qaeda lives, you want to know where Bin Laden is, come back to Afghanistan with me," Biden said. "Come back to the area where my helicopter was forced down, with a three-star general and three senators at 10,500 feet in the middle of those mountains. I can tell you where they are."

I believe GX magazine (The Army National Guard Magazine) had a little story about this a few months ago. No mention of enemy fire, in fact if I recall there was a picture of the National Guardsmen with the Senators in front of the Helicopter. Something that I don’t think they would of done under fire.
I guess Biden don’t think National Guardsmen read their own magazine.
