Click on the source URL or here for first of five part interview of Philip Berg regarding Obama's citizenship status.
IMHO, Berg sounds highly credible. A lot of in-depth information here if you listen to all five parts.

The interesting thing is that he is more Arab than black.
He'd seem more credible if he knew how many days were in September:
2. Plaintiffs Motion for the Expedited Discovery regarding the Deposition of Barack Obama is GRANTED and Barack Obama shall submit to a Deposition:
a. By September 31, 2008;
Why, indeed? For a normal person with an illegitimate child, the answer might be to provide some minimal aura of respectability. But, everything I've heard of Ann Dunham indicates she was a far from normal leftwinger, and not at all worried about what others thought. So why indeed? Its hard to imagine an 18 year-old worrying about whether or not her bastard child would be considered a "natural-born" citizen so he could run for the president 45 or more years in the future.
That’s very interesting, but in Hawaii a child is legitimate even if the marriage is bigamous.
See http://law.jrank.org/pages/11834/Annulment-Prohibited-Marriage-Prohibited-Marriage.html
Therefore, Obama is not a “bastard”, because he is not illegitimate.
Whether Obama was born “out of wedlock” is yet another question. My bet is that because Obama’s parents were married and divorced and the legality of the marriage has never been challenged in court, that he would not qualify as “born out of wedlock”, but this case could turn on some fine points of Hawaiian and Federal law.
Also to consider here is the origin of the designation “natural-born” which originated in English law and the purpose of which was a test for undivided loyalty “to the King”. Obama, possibly a citizen of Kenya, the USA, and Indonesia may have trouble along these lines, especially because he promoted the election of Rail Odinga in Kenya, and probably traveled to Pakistan on an Indonesian passport at a time Indonesia did not permit dual nationality.
Your observation is correct — Obama not qualified for safari guide. (Visited Kenya 3x)
Is it possible BO’s mother was planning to travel to Hawaii where her parents resided to have the birth there - as she is an American herself (while not qualified as a citizen yet).
She may not have made it to Hawaii in time because often the arrival of the birth precludes the best made plans.
It wasn’t about establishing Natural Born-ness, it was about getting the easiest path to citizenship. If she had to acknowledge he was born overseas, there’s a ton of paperwork involved. If she pretends he was born here in a “home birth process” the paperwork is minimal.
there is a big hole in your theory ........
How did he enter Hawaii when he was 4 days old?
Do you think she knew about the paperwork? After all, she was only 18. On the other hand, its possible she and Barack Sr. had discussed it since he had international experience and hadn't split just yet.
Only way you can give up US citizenship is to go overseas, appear before a US consular office and verbally renounce it. Even that doesn’t always stick (Lee Havey Oswald renounced his citizenship in Russia and the US government let him back into the country. That didn’t work out so well).
Hawaii’s law is irrelevant (even if the law you cited is the same as it was in 1961), it protects the child’s legal status as legitimate offspring of the father. A child can be legitimized by parents marrying after his birth.
The federal law’s term use of “born...out of wedlock” is not quite the same thing. For purposes of the immigration code, you can’t be “born again”, even if one’s parents married after your birth.
If you have a reference for what “born out of wedlock” definitively means in Federal law, please give it.
I doubt that “born out of wedlock” would apply in a case where the legality of the marriage has not been challenged in the last 47 years and a divorce was granted more than 40 years ago. Bigamy has to be charged and proved just like other crimes, doesn’t it? No one has done that. No one will do that.
Her parents probably helped on this thing. There were a lot of Japenese nationals illegally immigrating at the time and gaming the system, they could easily have taken a page out of their book.
Bump for reference.
