Who is Rangel's tax accountant? Steve Martin?
You! can be a millionaire and never pay taxes. How can I be a millionaire and never pay taxes, Steve, you may ask.
First...get a million dollars. And then...when the tax man comes to your door, say, "I forgot to pay my taxes". Works every time.

Pelosi says her administration is the most ethical in history?
Rangel should be thrown out with yesterdays bath water. Only thing is yesterdays bathwater is a lot less dirty than Rangel.

I was born and raised in Charlie Rangel’s district and with the cloud over him this election cycle, he will win his district by a paltry 94% instead of his usual 97%.

The RNC needs to tie Rangel and Pelosi together in their culture of incommunicado with the average American.
Isn't he the Chairmen of House Ways and Means? That has it's hand in tax policy and he can't even abide by the rules?
We need a new clean slate of leaders as well and a platform of "10 Reforms for America".
The RNC should pay me for this....

“He failed to report about $75,000 in rental income over two decades”
BULLSH!T! That place rents for $1,100 a night from December 15th thru April 15th, and the condo manager says it’s always booked solid! There is NO WAY that $75,000 is all he made in two decades. The 75 Gs are just the tip of the iceberg! Keep digging!

“At a news conference, Rangel said language difficulties with the Spanish-speaking operators of the beach resort contributed to his confusion about the finances of the beach villa. “
“The district today has far more Hispanics and saw major gentrification in the past decade. “
Soooo,,,, his district has a lot of Hispanics, but he has no one on his staff that speaks Spanish? Again I scream, BULLSH!T! This guy has driven me crazy for years. What a colossal crook.

Rangel disgraced Congress w/ shady real-estate deals, his shakedown of corporations and foundations for donations to The Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service----an academic center that bears his name---and his failure to pay federal, state and local taxes on income derived from his posh beachfront villa in the Dominican Republic. The NY Post reported Rangel arranged for the Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service to get $2 million via Capitol Hill allocations, plus another $700,000 from the Dept of Housing and Urban Development.
The IRS has tapped tax-exempt foundations and non-profits as major fraud machines. There's zillion ways, these entities can defraud the IRS, evade the SEC and US banking laws.
(1) Email your concerns about Rangel misusing tax-exempt revenue. EMAIL enforcement@SEC.gov
(2) Report suspected tax fraud and tax law violations IRS TOLL-FREE 1-800-829-0433 (You may remain anonymous).
(3) Report government fraud: EMAIL askDOJ@USDOJ.gov.
==================================================
RANGEL SHOOK-DOWN CORPORATIONS FOR DONATIONS to The Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service shaking down corporations and foundations for donations on his Congressional letterhead.
Authorities need to determine whether RANGEL colluded with donors (who are officers of publicly-held companies).
Donor schemes may have included misusing corporate reserve accounts, concealing losses, inflating asset values and improperly accounting for transactions, as well as deferring profits into reserve accounts, improperly shifting capital funding to other projects to hide illegal payments to The Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service.
Corporations may have colluuded with The Charles B. Rangel Center for Public Service to employ money-laundering schemes to evade the IRS, SEC, FEC and US banking laws.

NOTE WELL: The biggest IRS fraud is non-profits writing checks to non-profits.

If the IRS provides assistance to congressmen for filing personal tax returns, then the IRS should also be held accountable for this tax cheating. The tax payer is ultimately responsible for any reporting and liability issues, but under the "Prudent Man" concept the preparer is expected to ask questions that would draw out any possible tax issues that might not be disclosed otherwise.
Who is the bag man for Charlie's tax cheating?

If Rangel is incompetent he shouldn’t be Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee.
If he’s NOT incompetent, he’s dishonest and shouldn’t be in any position of responsibility.
Either way, he should be railroaded. Today.

What Rangel views as a good use of his time:
Moonbat "Bush Impeachment Trial" circa 2003. A cavalcade of faaaar-left trolls: Jim McDermott, John Conyers, Sheila Jackson Lee, unknown guy in yellow tie (standing), Barbara Lee (D-Havana), Tom Hayden (standing), Rangel, "Former Ambassador" (false) Joe Wilson, Mama Moonbat Cindy Sheehan (note name-card replaced by baby photo of son Casey, cute touch eh).

$5000 seems low. He was not paying interest on the loan (another suspicious fact)so everything coming in less maintenance and fees would be income. That comes out to a 7% tax rate. That can't be right. Rangle must be in a much higher bracket. He also should also have to pay a ton of interest and penalties (that alone should be more that $5K).
To: NormsRevenge
The difference between “rent subsidized” and “rent controlled” is simply a question of who makes up the shortfall, the landlord or the taxpayers.
A distinction without a difference to object of the largess.

He’s certainly not “reeling from a series of embarrasing revelations”
He got caught, he’ll pay up—just like any other democrat. Of course, a Republican would have had to step down, been the subject of an investigation, and most likely gone to jail.
