Lawyer Who Sued President and Three Justices Targets Obama

A Philadelphia lawyer who has sued President Bush and three Supreme Court justices has filed a new suit against a new high-profile defendant—Barack Obama.

In his latest lawsuit with a political twist, lawyer Philip Berg of Lafayette Hill claims Obama was born in Kenya and he should be thrown off the ballot for lying about his citizenship, the Bucks County Courier Times reports. It also claims he later declared himself a citizen of Indonesia.

...Berg is a Hillary Clinton supporter but he says he is not connected with her campaign, the Washington Times story says. His website seeks donations and posts the legal documents.

If true, then the time this will be done is after the election.

The best case scenario for Hillary is McCain losing (thus taking Palin out of the spotlight for the next four years), but also ensure Obama doesn’t become prez (or at least doesn’t complete his term.)

If Obama is forced out of office, who becomes prez? Biden? Is there anyone that thinks Hillary wouldn’t be a shoe in for the 2012 Dem nomination under those circumstances?

He filed the suit the week before the Deomcrat convention, and it is in progress. It is no longer in the filers hands as to when it moves forward as it is moving forward as we speak.

I've posted my theory which goes like this:

It is my opinion (tin foil hat required) that Obama was born in Kenya and not documented. While there, Obama Sr. went into a drunken rage, and in an emergency, Ann Dunham called her parents for help, who arranged to have her and her baby fly to Hawaii. Once there, they arranged for said child to be documented as a US citizen.

I prefer to believe the Canada story because Obama's mother visited Susan Blake, a friend of hers from Mercer Island Washington when Obama was first born. Ms. Blake says she had to show his mother how to change his diaper, so he had to a newborn. There is also a record of a "Barack Hussein Mohamed Obama” born on 23 August 1961 in Canada. His Hawaii birth certificate states 4 August 1961. Close enough for the difference in his age not to be detected.

Cunningham led with this story on his Sunday show, none of the top 7 talkies picked up on it because they don’t want to appear to be wearing tin foil (does anyone really remember what that was ? Actually prior to WWII it was lead) hats. Its Berg’s money he can spend it on anything he likes., it gets his name kicked around and doesn’t really cost that much for what Berg gets out of it.
