(Regarding) the phony inquiry being staged by Alaska Democrats concerning Governor Palins sacking of recalcitrant underling Walt Monegan.
For anyone doubting that this whole investigation is a partisan scam cooked up by a bunch of good-old-boy political hacks, heres a smoking gun from the Obama-Biden campaign web site:

Excellent!
And for those who missed Hume’s show either the first time or the re-run, they showed the photo of the “investigation team” or whatever they are called!

And will FOX news PLEASE get Alan Colmes off TV? And that Mort Kondrakie, too. Not just for their liberal "leanings," but they are both looking very ill lately. Alan is much more thin, and wearing more make-up. His eyes seem sort of strange lately. Mort has really lost weight, his clothes hang on him, and he breaths very heavily after every sentance. Maybe he is truly suffering from something, and for that I would feel badly. But it pains me to watch him talk, he seems so strained. Wasn't it Mort who had the book and TV movie about the sad death of his wife a few years ago? I felt so sorry for him then. Maybe they are keeping him around to show respect and keep his spirits up. But, it seems the man is just not well at all.

Apparently so. The guy should’ve been fired, instead got a ten day suspension which was reduced to five days.

Didn't the trooper also shoot at his son-in-law or stepson? He tazered him - 11 years old.
He was married to Palin's sister - who wanted a divorce. the trooper ranted that if her father (also Palin's father) helped her get a lawyer, he would put a bullet in him...
Nice guy the Obambites are concerned about.

Mort is off his wheels. He claimed Palin was the most unqualified VP pick since Quayle — maybe less qualified than Quayle — then proceeded to laud Obama as qualified because he's run a good campaign. Well, no, but it might make David Axelrod qualified... I guess... Even conceding the point, that bizarre “qualification” would make Harold Stassen the Emperor of the Galaxy.

Someone makes the point that “TrooperGate” should be named “TazerGate.”
I agree.
Palin let go a state employee when she assumed office. She let many of them go.

I think we should all email the Attorney General and flood him with protests stating it's a conflict of interest for these people to be in charge of the investigation. They will be biased and this is not totally unacceptable. Email address:
attorney.general@alaska.gov; web site: www.law.state.ak.us/department/contact/html.

And here I thought they were introducing another child of Palin’s daughter. Whew!!!! LOL

Hopefully someone up there will remove these assclowns from the investigation, which is what should’ve happened in Texas when everyone sat back and watched an out of control Democrat DA go after Tom Delay.
