I think this is a VERY telling freudian slip by Barrack.

This thread is not an embarrassment. The only PROOF we have that he ISN’T a muslim is his word. We know for a fact Obama is a liar and can’t be trusted at his word. Freepers are doing their damndest to make sure the truth about Obama gets out and there is nothing to suggest that those who believe he is a stealth muslim is wrong, as opposed to those who simply take a politician at their word.

As I mentioned: Just in the fact that he is willing to “talk” to them with no preconditions, Obama is aligned with the Islamists. Just in the nature of the church he attended for 20 years, you can discount him as a true Christian. I don’t know if this is a Freudian slip and that he is secretly a Muslim (doubt it), but he is a marxist black-liberation loving socialist youth who is willing to negotiate with terrorists, and that’s quite enough for me.

The OP for this thread has tried to take a slip of the tongue out of context to ‘prove’ that Obama is admitting he’s a Muslim. It’s a silly argument, as is your claim that I carry water for Obama by exposing the silliness of it.
But to understand the silliness of it, you’d need at least the attention span of a 10 year old, enough to listen to about two minutes of the interview, along with the ability to hold more than one thought in your brain at the same time.

Has anyone else noticed that he's trying to cultivate a semi-ghetto American black accent and speech patterns? Dropping endings, using the word "man" a lot, slurring a bit. He has absolutely no legitimate claim to this speech, but he obviously feels it boosts his creds among blacks, so he's picked it up.
He'll pick up anything he finds useful at a given moment.
I wonder if they will try to edit it for the West Coast broadcast? I think not, that would be even more damning.
Don’t count on it. I think the McCain camp lets Barry make his own mistakes and hopes the American people see it for themselves. His new campaign advisors seem to be doing a much better job. McCain hasn’t thrown anyone under the bus since they took over.
That five minute clip on ABC is quite telling indeed. Everything he said in the preceding 4-5 mins. before the muslim slip, having to do with “at what point does a baby have human rights,” there is nothing theological about that question, his answer should have been at conception or at birth...nothing in between. Yet, he couldn’t say that...he instead twisted it all around to make it sound like it was a theological, religious question with a lot of gray area. THAT IMHO should be the death nail to his campaign.

It's odd that obama could actually say this and not realize he said it. Unless it's true. When I say something stupid, it registers right away. Of course, it is under some pressure, but still. That's part of the job.
They will try to excuse him. Can you imagine if Palin said something like, "I hate black people, I mean, I hate black dresses on people."
