Hundreds of flags that were discarded by the DNC and headed to the trash were rescued and are being given out today at the McCain-Palin Rally in CO.
It is unclear as to how the flags were discovered, some were reportedly discovered by a vendor by a dumpster. The flags were stuffed into dozens of black garbage bags and others were crammed into a supply closet awaiting disposal...Developing details...

The American flag is not aprop and should NEVER be treated with disrespect.But those on the left refuse to understand that.
It is really amazing that we can have a candidate that disrespect the American Flag so much. The United States Flag is a symbol of our great country and adorns the uniforms of all of our men and women in service. It also adorns the uniforms of the boy scouts and girl scouts. It is a symbol of our freedom! From the stars representing the 50 states to the 13 stripes representing the original colonies, the US flag has been a symbol of American Freedom. Americans pay respect to it in school, at sporting events, in government buildings, on military bases and much more. It is placed on the coffins of men and women who proudly fight for our great nation, as well as those individuals that serve as police and fire fighters. Freedom is not always free, it must from time to time be refreshed with the blood of our proud men and women in uniform. Our Flag is displayed with pride on the moon, at Iwo Jima and throughout this great nation. This is why it is hard for me to see a US Political party nominate for President of the United States an individual that shows so little respect for the Flag of our great country.

I really think that America has to look at the symbolism of these acts and determine if Mr Obama is fit to be President of the United States.
In a time where there are terrorists looking to destroy our way of life, I want someone in the White House that has fought and bled for our country. Someone who embodies what freedom and sacrifice really mean.
America please think before you cast your votes in November

Kinda hard to do with the official CommiecRAT party flag.
I’ve raised that and the response is always a dodge. That’s one of those liberal inconsistant responses that truly puzzles me. Why would anyone want to fork over a huge percentage of their pay? They must be in denial. I am personnally for a flat tax. I really hate the idea of the biggest users of government paying little to no (or even less on a percentage basis) than those who are self-sufficient and earn their own way. Socialists...
One of my most repeated phrases:
“If it had been a snake, it would’ve had you by the throat.”
Usually said right after I pick up whatever any of the boys/husband were looking for from where it is lying in plain sight, neon arrows pointing at it, flashing, “Here is the item you seek!”
This is exactly what went through my mind when I first heard about Dennis Prager rescuing a flag from the DNC convention floor, that many of the more ardent Democrats use Old Glory as a prop. They pretend to be patriotic when it serves their needs. Their chanting of “USA” was merely stagecraft.
