“I don’t like the look of the poll numbers the last few day’s.”

It’s early. The poll that counts is the one taken on November 4 by millions of Americans within the privacy of the voting booth.

We need to bring down the pollsters and make them look foolish. I will lie to them each and every time.

Polls are now news makers.

I spent some time yesterday at The New Republic website - they are more reasonable left as compared to insane left of Kos, for example. Still, it is hilarious to see how they pounce on Palin’s supposed to be lack of experience. Funny, as compared to who? Obama, Biden? What they ever commanded?

“but ordinary Americans see all the pieces fitting together, and they recognize a type of person they know and love.”.....

Yes, ordinary Americans like me look at Sarah Palin and her family, and see ourselves. Sarah is exactly the type woman I, as another woman, admire most. SHE is who I wanted to be when I was growing up. Her life..... is what I wanted mine to be like, with all the ups and downs..... a completely fulfilling life in all areas.

When the lunatic, and totally out of touch media, attack her, I feel it in MY gut. They are striking ME. I have been so ENRAGED the past few days, reading all the bilge they are spewing. NOTHING will keep me away from the polls in November. Nothing will keep me from working for this ticket with all I have in me.

The media, so full of contempt for ME and for those like me, have declared war, open war, on everything I hold dear, and they CANNOT be allowed to succeed in taking down Sarah Palin and this ticket.

“This gets to the core of what I have observed. People that actually do something and accomplish something are looked down upon by the political elite.”

Liberals point a finger instead of lifting one.

I saw the reporters on CNN laughing last night. McCain refused to do an interview with Larry King because of an exchange between Campbell Brown and one of McCain's people the other night. Campbell wanted to know when and in what circumstance Palin acted as CIC of the Alaska National Guard. Just one time she commanded the National Guard, just one, she kept asking and laughing.

When the reporters at CNN were talking about it, they were all snickering, it was disgusting, I loathe those people.

“libs believe that humans are basically good, and that society (groupthink/collectivism) has the most influence on whether an individual turns out good or bad, successful or impoverished.”

Some do. But the root believe of Marxism is that infants are ‘blank slates’. They believe we can be programmed like computers into being good if raised under perfect conditions.

Anti-Marxists, such as myself, assume that we are children of sin — that sin cannot be ‘programmed out’ of a child's brain. That may sound cynical, but children can learn to lie, manipulate, covet, and steal all on their own. That's why a man-made utopia is impossible.

The waste of resources in Utopian goals is far more massive than our defense budget. If those same resources had been used strictly for the military, and if we had not been hamstrung by treaties, we could have created a righteous empire throughout the world beyond comprehension.

Or, if we had simply allowed free market forces to remain unleashed, worldwide prosperity would be a wonder to behold. Our potential terrifies foreign powers. We should be deeply concerned about the foreign influence of our environmental groups, our unions, and other ‘soft’ targets where money can be funneled anonymously. Anything that obstructs our nation's progress should have ‘foreign influence alert’ stamped over top it — including our college education system.

That’s a fact. The media have lost any and all vestige of objectivity. The media are the enemy. The media are traitors. William Tecumseh Sherman had a few things to say about them.

Think of Marge Gunderson, the fictional chief of police of Brainerd, Minnesota in the Oscar®-winning movie Fargo, taken as a comic send-up by the swells in New York and Hollywood, with her Midwestern twang (shared by Sarah Palin), funny hat, and kitsch-artist husband. The kind of woman who probably rides snowmobiles with her husband, for crying out loud. Yet in the end, Marge Gunderson solved the murder despite the sneers of her betters in the Big City (Minneapolis), and won the hearts of movie audiences. Americans like their heroines full of common sense and spunk.

That's a good comparison. Great movie. And let's not forget, Marge was PREGNANT in that movie.

'Interestingly enough, laughter is often a dead giveaway.."

Like whistling past the graveyard? The left is in a full blown panic. They like most hate what they fear most and Sara Palin is a liberals worst nightmare, a strong conservative, a right to life working class mother who cleaned up the corruption in her State and did so in a TOTALLY non partisan manner, tossing out Republicans as well as any liberals who needed to go. Honesty and character in a candidate is something the left cannot tolerate because it has not existed in any of their own in the past 50 years.

Alaska is the first line of defense in our missile interceptor defense system. The 49th Missile Defense Battalion of the Alaska National Guard is the unit that protects the entire nation from ballistic missile attacks. It’s on permanent active duty, unlike other Guard units.

As governor of Alaska, Palin is briefed on highly classified military issues, homeland security, and counterterrorism. Her exposure to classified material may rival even Biden’s.

She’s also the commander in chief of the Alaska State Defense Force (ASDF), a federally recognized militia incorporated into Homeland Security’s counterterrorism plans.

Palin is privy to military and intelligence secrets that are vital to the entire country’s defense. Given Alaska’s proximity to Russia, she may have security clearances we don’t even know about.

Additionally, she regularly negotiates with Russia over fishing rights in the Bering Sea.

Ohhhhhhhh, I almost forgot that Obama was a community organizer and editor of Harvard Law Review (although he never wrote anything). Yeah, his experience level rocks all over Palin’s... not.

Those poll number reflect the most concentrated smear effort coordinated between leftist-socialist bloggers, MSM types who are completely in the tank for Obama, and highly paid propaganda merchants probably funded by George Soros and Jan Wenner and their “ilk”. And what’s been the result? A 3 point bounce from their convention that may have turned into a 6 point bounce — before the truth gets out about Sarah Palin.

I worry that our country has become split with maybe 40-50% of our citizens having no clue about important public policy issues and what is needed to preserve our republic. Those are the people who are influenced by the smear merchants.

But I still believe in the old Silent Majority that craves authenticity and honest leadership and conservative values and principles. I suspect they will be tuning in tonight to see who this Governor Sarah Palin is and what all the fuss is about. Let’s see where the polls are 3-4 days from now. Have faith in the wisdom of America’s Silent Majority.

I hate to admit this, but occasionally I'll tune into Rhandi Rhodes on my drive home. Anyway, that wench (and I am being as polite as possible), kept laughing and calling Mrs. Palin a girl, saying she couldn't find Afghanistan on a map, has no experience, etc.

Yeah, Rhandi, you keep spewing your crap. You can't tell a real woman when you see one (especially after looking at your mug in the mirror - or in the reflection of a bar room floor).

Interestingly enough, laughter is often a dead giveaway, a glimpse into the pschological state of the person doing the laughing... it’s what many people do when they are nervous.

Herself the Cold and Joyless, for example.

Those poll number reflect the most concentrated smear effort...

Because truth is crucified at the place of the poll.

Mark 15:22-25

22 And they bring him unto the place Golgotha, which is, being interpreted, The place of a skull.
23 And they gave him to drink wine mingled with myrrh: but he received it not.
24 And when they had crucified him, they parted his garments, casting lots upon them, what every man should take.
25 And it was the third hour, and they crucified him.

1115 Golgotha {gol-goth-ah'}

of Aramaic origin [cf 01538];; n pr loc

AV - Golgotha 3; 3

Golgotha = "skull"
1) the name of a place outside Jerusalem where Jesus was crucified; so called, apparently because its form resembled a skull

01538 gulgoleth {gul-go'-leth}

by reduplication from 01556; TWOT - 353l; n f

AV - poll 7, scull 2, every man 2, head 1; 12 1) head, poll, skull
1a) skull
1b) head, poll (of census)

"Crucify her, crucify her" demands the bloodthirsty media.

The wicked may laugh...but they shall mourn.

The more the MSM and other DNC pundits instigate these disgusting and lying tactics against the Palin's, the more the public will be made aware of them, check them out for themselves, and then be drawn to the Palin's side.

...and the worse and worse it will reflect on the instigators who are digging their own political graves.

Very good points, I hope the McCain advisors that go for interviews could rattle all these points off like you just did.
