Yes, God blessed me with the people he put around me. But, it wasn’ always easy, I was embaressed in the beginning. But, then I fell in love with my unborn baby, and then when he was born, nothing else mattered but loving and raising my child. I was SO proud of him and still am. If you are right in stressing that McCain/Palin just took a giant nose dive, then by GOD we deserve Barak Obama in the White House.

For goodness sakes, we are human beings with failures. Furthermore, we as humans will make mistakes and sin. I’ve never met ANYONE on the face of this earth who was sin free.

There are far, far, far more serous issues facing the nation than this teenage girl’s mistake —that btw, she seems to be taking care of with mature responsibility.

To those of you who would NOT vote Republican because of this issue all I say is, you deserve Barak Obama and the socialism that is CERTAIN to flow from his office day 1. If you vote Barr or sit at home, you demonstrate to me the rigidity, narrow mindedness, and unwillingness of Christians on the Right to forgive—the typical stereotype of us that the left lives to lampoon.

I can’t believe this. I sincerely can’t believe this. We are facing a catastrophy and the possible curtailment of freedoms (Fairness Doctrine) with an election of Barak Obama to the Presidency and some Christians can’t get over ONE SIN. Do they know that girl’s heart??? I venture to say that her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has forgiven her!

And God have mercy on us all if Barak Obama is elected to the Presidency.

This is not about stopping girls from being pushed to abortion by being shamed. This about people being able to feel righteous in what they say and to feel dogmatically purer than others because that is the most important thing.

Obama Sr was 24-25 years old, Stanley Ann Dunham was 17-18. And, yes, imo, it is very possible that Obama's statement that he doesn't want his children "punished with a baby" comes from his mom, since she came to abandon him for the pursuit of her career when he was a pre-teen. That surely hurt him greatly. And gave him more impetus to seek out some imaginary dream of the other parent, because the one he had cut him off.

I’m sorry I do not agree with majority of posters. Teen pregnancy is NOT ok. And parents have to bare bear most of the responsibility. I’m NOT OK with this one little bit. This is another mccain flub-up

So, is teen abortion ok? What are the parents supposed to do? Lock her up until she's 21? All ANY parent can do is teach the kid right from wrong and hope for the best.
