As a result of yesterday's stunning news about Sarah Palin, the next Vice President of the United States, many Freepers have decided to contribute to the McCain campaign.
TODAY is the LAST day that you can contribute to the McCain campaign. Tomorrow, public financing (ugh!) kicks in and they cannot accept donations any more.
If you want to participate, do it TODAY.
TOPICS: Breaking News; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: campaigndonations; donation; election; electionpresident; fundraising; gop; john; mccain; mccainpalin; palin

I don't recall ever seeing you post anything truthful.
You're a third party advocate and therefore irrelevant.
I'm happy to see you have your panties in a wad over McCain's fantastic VP choice.

I'm happy to see you have your panties in a wad over McCain's fantastic VP choice. Ma'am: You're projecting again. The slither to the left of the GOP only tells me that it really has become little more than a pale image of the democrats. Better to recognize that sooner than later.

I should really learn to stay away from FR sometimes. All these darn posts got me so fired up that I actually just bumped up my contribution to the max. I must be mad...
Still, a small price to pay to help keep an anti-American Marxist SOB out of the White House. At the end of the day, Palin was a brilliant pick. And definitely referred by Sarah Palin.

Today is the first time in my life I’ve ever contributed to a political campaign.
I did it for the military and the USSC. Go McCain/Palin!

The Democrats are running a Marxist, terrorist appeasing, cheese-eating-surrender monkey that won't even salute the American flag. We have American patriots on our ticket.
At least you're good for a laugh or two.

McCain has opted for public financing.
The only reasons I gave him anything today are 1. his performance at Saddle-whatever, clinched by 2. Sarah Palin. I have a feeling that he'll be losing out financially now by going for public financing. He should just say that he's decided to recalibrate his position a la Barry O.

I'm happy to see you have your panties in a wad over McCain's fantastic VP choice. BTW, switch the ticket to Palin-McCain, and even I'll campaign for her. While the ticket remains McCain-Palin, Sarah's no more than his conservative beard to lull conservatives into accepting his left-leaning agenda. With his demonstrated inability to listen to anyone he deems his subordinate or inferior, beyond representing us at state funerals, her primary duty will be to fetch his coffee.

BTW, switch the ticket to Palin-McCain, and even I'll campaign for her.Well, since that will never happen, you can continue to remain irrelevant. You have ONE vote, it's yours, use it (or not) however you wish.

I donated for the first time in years to a candidate to show my support of the VP pick.I do donate to the RNC every so often when they call but never have donated directly to a candidate.
