These guys are so childish. “The whole world is watching?” Yeah and they saw him spit on a cop.
Looks like the kid instigated the whole thing and wanted to have it filmed! His cousin probably just graduated from Hahwvaard Law school and they’ll try to sue for the cops using excessive force! IMHO if anything they weren’t excessive enough!
About 14 years ago, some man called in to the “Bible Answer Man” (a radio ministry) and told the host, “If Jesus Christ was standing in front of me now, I would spit in His face.” The host just calmy stated, “It’s been done before.”
Yes it was done before, but it will never be done again!

Was not seated on a jury once because I knew someone in the place where the defendant had spat on someone.
Now the whole world knows what kind of similar abuse our troops endure at Gitmo when they get spit on by terrorists.
The whole world is watching what? I don’t recall seeing any coverage of protests on TV, though I will admit I did not follow much of the convention. But I heard very little about it even on FR. I am guessing the re-create ‘68 loons did not have much success.

Difference is that our troops are heroes while a substantial amount of police officer are corrupt and/or pricks. What this guy did was terrible but don’t compare the abuse that cops endure to the abuse that our troops do.
