Democrat sues Sen. Obama over 'fraudulent candidacy'
Lawsuit disputing U.S. citizenship based in part on discredited claims

A prominent Pennsylvania Democrat has sued Sen. Barack Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, claiming that Obama is not a natural-born citizen and, therefore, is not eligible to be president of the United States.
Philip J. Berg, a former member of Pennsylvania's Democratic State Committee and former deputy attorney general of Pennsylvania, filed the lawsuit this week in U.S District Court, asking the court to declare Obama ineligible for the presidency and to prevent him from running for the position.

But it's unfortunate that the author takes the word of Annenberg/Factcheck.org. Factcheck may have a good-looking COLB now (just days after Obama was in Hawaii to get one created). But that a) only goes to show the deficiencies of the previously-offered COLBs, b) takes one group's word for something which ought to be in the hands of many media sources, who can all subject it to examination, and c) ignores that Factcheck is not an objective source -- it has financial ties to Obama and terrorist Bill Ayers -- so Factcheck's COLB may itself be an invented document.
You can bet these thugs will do everything they can, which includes the MSM, to bury any real facts and reality. We hope that the court will provide vigilance over the authenticity of provided documents. We have seen how the MSM handles and supports false documents, ala Dan Rather, et al, when they support the radical agenda of the left.
This is going to be interesting. I hope that the New Media gets hold of this and does not let go, like a junkyard dog. It is critical.
I hope Mr. Berg has a large cadre of bodyguards. There are going to be a lot of ticked off Black Muslims that have no moral impediments to killing white non-Muslims (especially those with Jewish sounding names).

If a Dem asks these questions in federal court before the convention, any backlash by Obamites will be focused upon Hillary. If it falls to McCain supporters after the convention, the GOP will take the brunt of Obamites' anger.

What is also indisputably true Is that the COLB that the Obama campaign has proffered for proof of Obama’s natural born citizenship is a document that is devoid of the normal Indications of provenence that one expects to see on an official government document that enables it to be authenticated. It has no birth certificate number, no official State of Hawaii seal, and no official signatures. It looks to be in every way a crude forgery. The question should be, why has the Obama campaign not released indisputable evidence of his natural born citizenship? The WORST that should happen is that he does so, and this issue gets laid to rest. We will have provided a valuable service to the American people in satisfying a question of his constitutional eligibility and can devote our energies to exposing him for the radical crypto-Marxist that he really is. Or we will have shown that a presidential candidate is willing to defraud the American people by proffering an illegally altered government document to enable his election to the highest office in the land. This could possibly lead to felony criminal charges against persons in the Obama campaign. The Obama campaign is amazingly quick to respond to real and imagined slurs. They are suspiciously silent on this. I suspect that they are hoping that it will remain unexamined, and are counting on their in the tank MSM allies to hush it up.
We already know that a corrupt Democrat Congress will not vote to impeach and remove corrupt Democrat presidents from office despite clear evidence of high crimes and misdemeanors. We know that Democrats almost NEVER resign when they have been caught in various forms of political criminality. Should (GOD forbid) Barack Hussein Obama ever take the oath of office, and it is subsequently proven beyond a reasonable doubt that he is NOT natural born, than there will be no legal way to remove him from office. This could (at best) lead to a constitutional crisis and worst a civil war. Not a War Between the States, but an honest to God fight over who controls the government.
This is NOT a subsidiary issue. It is of greater importance constitutionally than Obama’s position on health care, Iraq, the energy policy, or national health care. It is crucial to our standing as a constitutional republic.
We should be insisting the he release the proper documents. We should not be apologetic about upholding the constitution. We already have proof positive as to what an inveterate liar that he has already shown himself to be as seeks to create myths about himself.
Or we will have shown that a presidential candidate is willing to defraud the American people by proffering an illegally altered government document to enable his election to the highest office in the land.

I strongly suspect, due to the silence of both the campaign and the MSM, that he is a fraud in this and other matters. His association with criminals and terrorists, and other radical anti-Americans, gives pause to anyone trying to assess his veracity. I seriously think, based on his already proven lies, that he has none.
It will be interesting to see if the filing attorney has the guts and motivation (Clinton campaign?) to see this through — and to bring forward the truth. A big percentage of America cares not to realize what this charlatan represents. Let us hope. Thanks for the nice reply — I agree totally.
Obama's mama was an American citizen when she gave birth to Obama, therefore, Obama is a citizen. In addition to the startling common sense shown by the WND editor at the *Note-on the citizenship point, there is no lawsuit. There is no record of the case at the Federal Court website in Pennsylvania. At most, an ex parte action Temporary Restraining Order was applied for and evidently denied and no hearing scheduled.
Oh it has all of those things now that Barack Obama is back from Hawaii.

The fraud perpetrated by Daily Kos tells me that not only are Obama's people a bunch of deceiving thugs, they truly do have something to hide and I want to know what it is.
The articles about "Barry Soetoro" are quite interesting, as are the articles about Obama knowing how to cite the Koran's prayers in perfect Arabic.

The REAL birth certificate please!
Mainly because his birth certificate will show that his real name is Barry Soetoro. He changed it to a Muslim name and now swears he's really a Christian. Its the real death nail of his candidacy. There is also the possibility that his mother was not in the country long enough to make him eligible to be a citizen or that it will show he is a bastard and that makes his last name just that much worse.
However the crux of Berg case is that Obama was born in Kenya. He even found school records taht state Soetoro is an Indonesian citizen. From Bergs website:
Berg argues that Barack Obama was born in Kenya in 1961 to an American woman, Stanley Ann Dunham, and a Kenyan man, Barack Hussein Obama Senior, as reportedly shown by a birth certificate from Mombasa Maternity Hospital. According to the law at that time, a parent could pass US citizenship on to a child born abroad if the parent was at least 19 years old. Obama's mother was only 18.
No hospital birth certificate has been produced to show Obama was born in Hawaii, only a certificate of birth registry after the fact, which forensics experts have denounced as a forgery.
Moreover, when Obama was six years old his mother remarried and moved with her husband to his country, Indonesia. Records indicate Obama was naturalized as an Indonesian citizen. Indonesia does not allow dual nationality, so even had he been born in Hawaii, he would have lost his citizenship then.
There are many very good reasons not to elect the man President but this birth certificate matter is a silly distraction even if the certificate being displayed is a forgery and a fake.
Where was the man born?
All the prevailing evidence says, Hawaii.
The Constitution is silent on the subject of proof of citizenship and there was no such thing as a certified birth certificate during the period during which more than half the U.S. presidents were elected.
The Constitution is interpreted by the U.S. Supreme Court. They are not going to throw a President out of office over this, nor should they. They have no constitutional right to do so.
The only thing a voter can do is choose, or not choose, to add the questionable birth certificate to the list of moral and ethical clouds hanging over the candidate's past and VOTE ACCORDINGLY.
I'm currently listening to a repeat of Roger Hedgecock's noon-3 Saturday Los Angeles radio show via StreamingRadioGuide.com.
Hedgecock just said that the Philadelphia judge will not consider whether to issue a restraining order until Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and the other parties have been served with papers. He says Berg's people are in the process of serving these papers.
The lawsuit has a number, No. 08-cv-4083, on the PDF at Obamacrimes.com.
If Obama was on the up and up about his COLB, he would have had it open for physical inspection to media reporter pools months ago.
Even better, sign a release to the Hawaiian health department to open the data to his birth records to media outlets.
