Well this has to be a first. A lawsuit with evidence based in part on entries in Wikipedia? My daughter’s high school teachers won’t accept that as a primary source for a term paper, much less a federal suit. I doubt this will last any longer than it takes a judge to laugh it right out of court.
It seems very oddly written -- as if by an Internet jockey and not an attorney. Hope that doesn't hurt the cause.
So why would we want an obvious lightweight like BHO to be disqualified? To replace him with a stronger Democratic candidate? For pete’s sake, keep him the ticket till Nov 4.

Obama would only lose his citizenship if he renounced it as an adult. A minor does not lose citizenship because his/her parent moves to another country and becomes a citizen.
I cannot take this seriously.
I just had a Machiavellian thought — did Obama’s people drive this suit?
The lawsuit contains the laundry list of “Obama can’t legally run for POTUS” arguments, albeit poorly written. If it is thrown out, then Obama has been “vaccinated” against these charges by simply saying that a Federal judge tossed the case finding no merit in the suit.

I just spoke with Philip Berg.
He mentioned that all related pleadings and documents can be found at ObamaCrimes.com, including the original complaint, the memorandum in support of the temporary restraining order, the press release, and more.
As for the hearing, the temporary restraining order was denied by the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, but the subject can once again be breached once everyone is served. He acknowledged that some issues in his background could serve to hinder credibility, and promised to address those issues with me soon. He also acknowledged that Judge Surrick asked why, after months of this information circling around the Web, he waited until the week before the convention to file suit.
“I told him that somebody had to,” he said.
When I asked, Berg also mentioned that he has had “no contact” with anyone in Hillary Clinton’s camp, and if fact does not even know the political affiliations of those who worked with him on preparing materials for the case.

What matters is whether there's any evidence at all that Obama was born outside of the US.
