CAPITAL GAINS TAX
MCCAIN 0% on home sales up to $500,000 per home (couples) McCain does not propose any change in existing home sales income tax.
OBAMA 28% on profit from ALL home sales
How does this affect you? If you sell your home and make a profit, you will pay 28% of your gain on taxes. If you are heading toward retirement and would like to down-size your home or move into a retirement community, 28% of the money you make from your home will go to taxes. This proposal will adversely affect the elderly who are counting on the income from their homes as part of their retirement income.
DIVIDEND TAX
MCCAIN 15% ( no change)
OBAMA 39.6%
How will this affect you? If you have any money invested in stock market, IRA, mutual funds, college funds, life insurance, retirement accounts, or anything that pays or reinvests dividends, you will now be paying nearly 4 0% of the money earned on taxes if Obama become president. The experts predict that 'higher tax rates on dividends and capital gains would crash the stock market yet do absolutely nothing to cut the deficit.

I think the bloom is off the rose, as more and more of the “new voters” come to realize what a weaseling, waffling, croeked politician Barry really is. The day after the Saddleback fiasco, Barry spoke in Reno, to a crowd of...250!!!! No adoring masses awaiting their .messiah but mostly union members! I wouldn’t count on flaky apolitical youts turning out for Barry.
Obambi needs ignorant voters, of the same type that elected Adolph Hitler in 1932. Obambi’s hope is the guberment school system has turned out enough of them, and the illegal aliens will add the margin of victory. That’s how it’s down in the Democrat Marxists handout America.

Most students don’t pay taxes; hence, they don’t care if Obama raises taxes. In fact, to the sense that students often believe in “share the wealth,” they might actually like Obama.
Of course, all of this changes when they actually start making money and Obama steals it.

They’d also like to get all the felons to vote, and, of course all those illegals naturalized as quickly as possible.
I am convinced that the Dems wish all of these new faces to vote so they can overcome the tidal wave of baby-boomer voters who will not allow the destruction of the social security system. A perfect storm brewing.

To win Virginia he must do so by 30%, in North Carolina, 36% in Florida 23% Georgia 64% and Mississippi 51%.

After listening to Hannity’s “Man on the Street” interview with 18-19 year olds yesterday I have just about lost all hope for this nation. The kids are able to vote and have no idea what voting for Obama means. They say he promises “change” but have no idea what it means. All we can hope is that they are too lazy or too stupid to remember to vote…from what I hears that is a real possibility. God Help Us and Keep the Anointed One of of the White House.
