First place she’ll go? To Tony’s.
To: Andy'smom
I think he really has to only put up $50g’s up front, the rest is owed if she skips bail...............

Now all three of them (the mother & grandparents) can concoct their stories in privacy and nobody will be listening.
To: Red Badger
It might not be that bad. She may actually drop her guard if she’s out of jail and give up some useful information.

Weird that her parents didn’t bail her out.

I think the reason was that they didn’t have enough equity in their house or something like that. Nobody else offered to help, either, lol.
To: fleagle
They’ll just have to move the party to Casey’s, that’s all!

I hate to say it, but it isn’t helping to keep her in jail (as satisfying as that is). Maybe she’ll feel the need to check something and lead police to a crime scene or evidence?

This whole thing is fishy.
Unless Padilla bonds under Liberty Insurance or one of the major bond underwriters, no judge in his right mind should allow him to post the bond. Bondsmen have to be approved by the court for that particular jurisdiction. I doubt that Leonard Padilla is approved in all jurisdictions. This whole thing reeks. Also, in normal situations when the judge approves the bond, the bondee is restricted to the jurisdiction of that court. If Padilla takes her to Sacramento, then this whole case sucks.
