I only scored 25- I guess it is because I look at people as individuals, not whatever box someone wants to stick them in...
I tried to max out as well, I finally found the right set. It appears their quiz is borked because strongly agreeing with 20. Homosexual behavior should not be against the law” makes you rated as MORE homophobic.
To get a perfect score of 100% it takes answering everything with 1 -Strongly Agree except for questions 3,7,8, and 10 which should be strongly disagree.
53 - Your score rates you as “homophobic.”
Homophobia is queer fear.
Yep, confirmed it - following your formula, I am 100% straight-man.

Hay! That arhymes!! “Queer Fear!!!”
46 - Your score rates you as “non-homophobic.”
I agree - I’m not homophobic. I merely detest the homos pushing their lifestyle into the public eye, schools, and demanding special rights and privileges.
BTTT
I got a 42. Same attitude. I don’t really care what two consenting adults do in the privacy of their own home. I don’t care what a person’s religion, race or sexual orientation may be. I’ve known decent gay people, moronic hetros and everything in between.
I do believe homosexuality is a mental illness and a self-destructive lifestyle. I don’t hate people who are troubled.
I dislike broccoli.
Does that make me broccophobic?
In his 1996 study of 64 Caucasian, male college students, Dr. Henry Adams classed 35 participants as "non-homophobic." In 1980, a different research team found 56% of their white, male sample scored in the homophobic range. This is not conclusive, however. Dr. Adams, the researcher who helped develop this scale, writes that "a major difficulty of this area of research is in defining and measuring homophobia." Elsewhere, he cautions: Since there is no universally accepted definition of homophobia, the scales currently in use may not measure all aspects of homophobia.
Not sure why but I have never been hit on by a homo. Mrs. Mad says I am not their type!!!(not sure what she means by that). In any case I would hit one if he came on to me. Now if a lesbian came onto me is she still a lesbian. these are weighty issues that require more beer to ponder them.
...only if you FEAR broccoli.
LOLOLOL!!! Yes, I’m afraid I am absolutely terrified of wasps. I can’t even watch them when they are on my window screen outside and I’m inside. Just thinking about it makes my heart pitter patter even faster.
I must have screwed that up.
86 - Your score rates you as “high-grade homophobic.”
Geee, I am non-homphobic. Whatever the hell that means.
Really, I wouldn’t key anyone’s car. Nor would I hit anyone without being provoked. Being around gay people was normal in one job I held, so I guess I built up a “tolerance.” In reality, I built up a “I don’t care” attitude. l don’t talk about my sexuality (and this job was before I was married, so there was some to talk about!) I didnt really tolerate anyone else talking about their’s.
I’m not the kind of person to pick on anyone for any reason. So some of the questions didnt seem “gay” targeted, but rather whether or not you bullied people.
If you are civil human being, you should rate pretty neutral on this test. It doesnt really seem to be a fair indicator.
