The execution of José Ernesto Medellín Rojas by the state of Texas is a violation of international law, said Amnesty International today. "It undermines the authority of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) which had ruled in favour of a stay of execution."

SHAMNASTY IRRATIONAL, please go to Georgia and tell the Russians they’re violating International Law.
I will wait here for you.

I advise illegall alien killers and rapists to stay at home. This SOB has been tried and found guilty in a state of the USA. Hell, Oklahoma or Rhode Island can’t say anything. I’ll be damned if across the pond gets any time on the matter.

Amnesty international is wrong.
First the world court ruled on the basis of a treaty that the US Congress never ratified that would have given Mexican illegals additional rights over Americans in the form of a “miranda” type right that would have freed these criminals and murderers because they were not told that they could talk to their consulate.

The execution of José Ernesto Medellín Rojas by the state of Texas is a violation of international law, said Amnesty International today.there is no higher law than the constitution of the United States, which enumerates State's rights in matters involving execution. What are they going to do, send in "international troops"?

Just what are Amnesty International and the International Court of Justice saying about what the Russians are doing in Georgia. If they are keeping silent then they have no moral authority.

It’s just a pity that he lived longer than one of his victim’s life span, after he raped and murdered her...
There oughta be a law...

It is just sick that anyone would argue in favor of International Law over US/State law, chosen by the people who ELECTED the officials of the State of Texas.
Shame on Amnesty.
