My memory is a little fuzzy on this, but I believe there was a huge international pedophile ring based in Belgium a while back.

Well whoever leaked this is not helping things. If this little girl was kidnapped, and the kidnappers read the papers or the net, then the victim is no longer near where she may have been spotted on closed circuit tv.
Several years ago there was an article about “pink ballets” or “pink balls” that sounded outlandish. Members of Belgian high society were closet pedophiles. Sounded absurdly conspiracist to me. Now, less absurd, unfortunately.
