House Republicans are still there, raising cain- trying to get them to turn the lights back on and continue debating over drilling!!!

I just called and said "There's a Republican revolt going on int the House Chamber and I wasn't seeing much coverage of it." I got a run around on it. Was told several times "There are no cameras on now. Cameras are not allowed." I objected, politely, that the story could still be covered.
He seemed mildly irritated that I would question that and asked if I wanted to talk to (name garbled) and I said yes. Got a phone tree that led to leaving a recorded message. I did...
"There's a Republican revolt going on in the House Chamber. I understand that the cameras are turned off. You can still cover the story. Thank you."
I don't want to thank them. This granny wants to bip 'em one right in the side of their stupid heads! ;)
My daughter was on a conference call for training. The “Texas Tea Party” was so straining the phone lines and disrupting their communication that the instructor gave them an assignment and said not to try to call back into the conference bridge today! :-)
Let the Dems go home, THEN order them back....some won't make it back!

I have another idea. Just let them enjoy their vacations, then we ought to send spies out and take pictures of these a-holes enjoying their vacations while Americans are suffering!! Then send the photos to all the news agencies and see if any of them have the guts to publish them, which I doubt, but Drudge, Hannity, Rush, etc. would probably put them on their websites! BTW, include the National Enquirer in the photo op - maybe it’ll make the cover in the grocery line.

In the plan to drill, the oil companies will be opening up marginal wells that were closed in OK and TX most of them by an Executive Order of Clinton that the House can overturn. If those marginal wells are opened back up, it will amount to more oil then we get from Saudi Arabia.
My question is why haven’t they been opened up sooner and why wasn’t the EO overturned earlier. It took a long time to get pumping limits overturned and then we found out at the State Convention from Sen Inhofe about the marginal wells that need opened.
Don’t know who the fools are that think oil companies are not putting money back into drilling but what we also need is a new refinery since we have not had one for over 30 years thanks to the lack of profit and EPA regulations.
