Guest Author Judah Benjamin has given us three well-researched articles, so far, challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President. He argues that the Constitution restricts people with “divided loyalties” from being POTUS, including those who have had multiple citizenships, and he hypothesizes that Sen. Obama became a citizen of Indonesia when he was adopted by his step-father, Lolo Soetoro. Benjamin also questions whether Obama may still possess Indonesian citizenship. To his credit, Benjamin offers to publish an apology to Sen. Obama if documentation disproving the assertions is shown.

WHAT ABOUT THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE?

If you’ve been following our stories, you know that technical experts Techdude and Polarik still maintain that the Certification of Live Birth (COLB) published on the Obama campaign’s official website, FightTheSmears, was forged. I have expressed skepticism about that conclusion, not because I question their skills, but because I find it hard to fathom that Obama, as audacious as he is, would publish a forged COLB. When a newspaper announcement of Obama’s birth in Hawaii was discovered, I stated my belief that Obama was likely born in Honolulu. But I have maintained that Obama is hiding something about his birth record.

SOETORO, OBAMA, OR DUNHAM? MY THEORY ON THE COLB

Thanks to Judah Benjamin’s work, the mystery of Obama’s COLB is quickly being solved — at least in my mind. Here is my current theory of events:

1. Obama was born in Hawaii on Aug. 4, 1961, with the legal name Barack Hussein Obama II, and Barack H. Obama Sr. was identified as his legal father. [NOTE: an alternative theory, that Obama was born in Canada, is still being researched.]

2. Obama was adopted by Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii sometime around 1965-1966.

3. As part of the adoption procedure, pursuant to Hawaiian law, Obama’s original Birth Certificate (BC) was SEALED, and a new Birth Certificate was issued with his new name, Barry Soetoro, and the name of his new father, Lolo Soetoro.

4. Mother and son joined Soetoro in Indonesia, where Barry Soetoro was registered in school as Lolo’s son, a Muslim, and a citizen of Indonesia.

5. After approximately 4 years, Barry Soetoro returned to Hawaii as a U.S. citizen to live with his grandparents and attend private school.

6. At some point before his 18th birthday, he most likely changed his legal name back to Barack Hussein Obama, but his Birth Certificate would not have been modified again unless there was another adoption (by the Dunhams, for example).

SO….IF the above-stated hypotheses are correct, Obama’s current Birth Certificate in Hawaii would identify him as Barry Soetoro and his father would be Lolo Soetoro (unless, as stated, there was another adoption).

Upon request by the registrant (Sen. Obama), the State of Hawaii would issue a COLB in the name of Soetoro for child and father. Is this why the Senator has avoided showing his Birth Certificate? And is this why — if Polarik and Techdude are correct — the COLB published by Obama has been altered?

QUESTIONS:

1. Did Obama’s childhood passport identify him as Soetoro or Obama?

2. If there is a Kenyan Birth Certificate, how was that obtained? (NOTE: One of our researchers still believes that Obama was born in Canada because of the existence of the Kenyan BC, among other reasons, and we will explore that shortly.)

3. Was Barry Soetoro adopted a second time when he returned to Hawaii, perhaps by the Dunhams? (IF there was a second adoption, there would have been another legal change to the BC.)

4. Does Barack Obama hold Indonesian citizenship today, or did he renounce it at some point?

AND FINALLY –

5. If any or all of these hypothesized facts are TRUE, why has Senator Obama deceived the American public?

It’s a simple thing... He was born in Hawaii. Yes, his mother and father were in Kenya, but they returned to the mother’s home in the United States to comply with the census. They arrived via donkey, where she gave birth in a hut in Hawaii. They were warned in a dream not to return to Kenya, so they spent several years in Indonesia. Then they returned to the United States where the lad grew to manhood, and ultimately became “the one for whom the world has been waiting.”

Several questions:

Where is the article about the newspaper announcement of Obama’s birth in Hawaii? I have not seen anything about this until this reference.

If there WAS a newspaper announcement, does it mention the hospital he was born in?

What was the date of this newspaper announcement?

Finally, I would point out that births, deaths, and weddings are generally called in to the local newspaper by the family, and the information given is simply printed, except in the case of famous people, when the paper may do its own research and already have a file prepared.

In other words, if Obama’s family wanted to make it appear as if he had been born in Hawaii, all they had to do was call the newspaper and tell them any story they liked. In itself, it isn’t proof of anything.

We still don’t know that Obama was NOT born in Hawaii, but in itself, without further confirmation and cross checking, an old newspaper article is NOT proof.

Because he doesn’t trust the ability of the U.S. voting public to make objective descisions. Or, for that matter, any kind of descision, freely arrived at, without prejudice.

The observation above is why I am greatly concerned that Senator Obama has the potential to become a tyrant (along the lines of say, Mugabe, President of Zimbabwe). I am not joking. Obama has been labeled a narcissistic megalomaniac, based on his speech in Berlin. He is scary.

That Michelle’s remarks that Barak’s mother was “very single” when Barak was born likely means that he wasn’t born Barak Obama was he born “Barry Dunham” or...? Likely too his father’s name wasn’t on the birth certificate.

Apparently The Kenyan relatives knew Stanley Ann as Anna Toot.

Anna Toot just happens to be the name of one of Stanley Ann’s g-g-g-grandmothers, apparently she was something of a family hero.

Stanley Ann was too young to get married in Hawai’i without parental permission.

Suppose Stanley Ann, like many college students even today, had a drinkin’ ID? If she got it in the name of her namesake, it would be the only ID she could show to the justice of the peace to prove to him she could get married without parental permission.

On paper, Barak Obama marries Anna Toot.

Now Barack Sr. splits and leaves Stanley Ann in the lurch. What ID does she show the hospital? She’s mad at Barack Sr. She doesn’t wan to even acknowledge his existence at that point.

Nor does she want too many questions about being underage and preggers. Out comes the Anna Toot drinkin’ ID again.

Could it be he wasn’t born Barak Hussein Obama, he was born something more like Mortimer Snerdly Toot????

I can understand the "place of birth" argument -- that is, if somehow he wasn't born in Hawaii, then some complicated law might cme into effect as to whether he is a "natural-born" (note, NOT "native-born") citizen. [However, no one has come up with any evidence or plausible theory as to his Mom's actual travels during that time, but let that pass.]

However, I really don't understand the "dual citizenship" argument. Dual citizenship is something another country chooses to grant or impose on you. Sen. Lowell Weicker (who ran for Pres in the primaries once) was born in France, when his very rich and very American parents were vacationing. If you concede that he was a citizen at birth (the predominant view) , WTF difference can it make what France chooses to call him?

If France sends him (or his parents, since he's just born) a letter saying: "welcome, you're a French citizen, unless you decline" -- is he under any obligation to afirmatively tell the French to buzz off?

And some countries apply a "jus sanguinis" even if your ancestors haven't been in Flyspeckia for three generations. If THEY say you are a "dual citizen" of their country, exactly what does that oblige you to do, or affect your Americanness ??? --

When the Founding Dads wrote the Constitution, they were consciously trying to avoid jus sanguinis as Britain had used this very doctrine to assert that anyone born anywhere of British parents is a British subject, and could therefore legally be pressed into the service of the Crown.

It wasn't until 1790 that they passed a law exempting their own children (e.g. children of diplomats stationed abroad) from the strict requirement of US soil birth...

I'm troubled by this attempt by Obama to obscure the circumstances of his birth. Another man, after he took power, went to great trouble to hide his family origins; that man was Adolf Hitler.

From what I understand, Indonesia didn’t/doesn’t allow dual citizenship. So when young Barry was adopted and moved to Indonesia by Lolo Soetoro after his marriage to Anne Dunham, he would have likely had his U.S. citizenship renounced(by his parents) in order to acquire Indonesian citizenship. Plus, both his mother and he would have had to convert to Islam, his adopted father’s religion. That explains why he was listed as a Muslim in his Indonesian school records.

Hence when he returned to the U.S., he returned as an Indonesian citizen. If he’s never legally renounced that, he’s a dual citizen and ineligible to be POTUS. If he did renounce his Indonesian citizenship at some point and petitioned to reaquire U.S. citizenship, he would only be able to acquire “naturalized citizen” status which also makes him ineligible to be POTUS.
