Did China's state news agency forge a photo?

A Chinese blogger has exposed the official news agency Xinhua for what appears to be a forged image. He noticed that two of the people present in the photo look remarkably similar.
The photo was taken during a visit from President Hu Jintao to the official Olympics site in Qingdao, where the watersports contests will take place. The site has been under the spotlight since it was overrun by a dangerous and polluting algae not long before the opening of the games. Hu Jintao came to the site to show the local press that the situation was under control, and to encourage athletes and organisers to double their efforts in the remaining weeks before the competition starts.

You are right, just to left of lady in red an image was ‘erased’ and look to the far left, there is an image of a man who looks like the man in the foreground in the blue shirt or is that Harry Reid?
I read somewhere that if twins are born, the government will not bother with you. Some people use fertility pills to have several babies at once as a way to get around the “one child” policy.

BJ probably came back to the forum under the express orders of the PLA Comrade-in-Chief in its region. The new trolls have been exposed because of their blatant (and untrue) ChiCom propaganda and BJ has been sent here to quell the dissent.
