Barack Obama's Pledge to Overturn Every Pro-Life Abortion Law One Year Old

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- One year ago this week, Barack Obama promised activists with the nation's largest abortion business that the first thing he would do as president is overturn every pro-life law in all 50 states. He said his first action would be signing the mislabeled Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA).

The measure, if it becomes law, would codify Roe v. Wade by making the infamous Supreme Court decision allowing unlimited abortions the law of the land.

But it would go further and overturn hundreds of state laws that have put limits on abortion like parental involvement, partial-birth abortion bans, and bans on taxpayer funded abortions.

Why the hurry? He'll have 8-10 years. Also, isn't that 57 states?

I wouldn’t put much past his sense of royalty but I doubt even he believes he can overrule state laws with the stroke of a pen or wave of the septor. Sounds like this group is trying to scare their followers

Now there is something a person can really point to with pride. "Yes, God, that really is what I said and I meant it."

For a lawyer he's not so bright. Just how might he abolish state laws?

Berry must want to set up drive through abortions because that's about the only thing that would make them faster and easier to get. He wants to make abortions easier to get than a pack of condoms. Hey kids, don't worry about getting pregnant because you could get a drive through abortion in less than 3 minutes for only $2.99. Thanks BO Obama, that's just what American teens need.

Presumably he’ll have to get Congress to pass the law first, so it is vital the the ‘Rats are held below 60 in the Senate.

Yes, exactly. And recall he does not want to “punish” his daughters with a child if either/both became pregnant out of wedlock. Hell, the jug-eared Marxist would drive them himself to the Abortorium for the murders to be committed.
