“Nunez, 40, has never worked and has no high school degree.”
I think they could go quite some time without any food, at all.
Even NPR should know that one receives a diploma upon completion of high school, not a degree. Sheesh.
Yep, we still have the fattest poor people in the world.
Love the caption:
“Angelica Hernandez (left) and her mother, Gloria Nunez, struggle to make ends meet on a very limited budget”
They sure as hell are eating well I’d say. You could make about 4 to 5 people from the two of them.

Meat may be out of reach, but Chocolate, Cheetos and high fat products don’t seem to be. What clown uses these whales as evidence of folks going hungry.
‘nother report from the media on po’ folks on the democrat plantation.
your poverty is our gain.

Hey, don’t you know the classic signs of malnutrition when you see ‘em?
Yeah. THEY ATE IT ALL.
Is that why Jenny Craig is so expensive?
Literally, if poverty makes them so fat, we need to stop cutting welfare checks - that will end the obesity epidemic. And if our own people have to dig ditches and lay pipe, maybe we won’t need so many Mexicans to do it, either.
You don’t get to be that big on a vegan diet. This is a high lard/Burger King diet that makes someone this huge.
yep.
wasn’t that one of the things that got phil gramm in trouble with the liberal-socialist media last week?
he remarked that this was the only country in the world where the poor people were over weight!
Hubby said meat is out of their reach because they’ve eaten it all. ;) No cows left in Hancock, Wood, Seneca or Sandusky County.
Man, I warned you not to hit the “enlarge” button. Now just try to get a good night’s sleep!
What a disgusting article.
That sure seemed to be appropriate.
