WASHINGTON — If Andrew Jackson created the notion of a president’s “Kitchen Cabinet,” Sen. John McCain is reinventing it months before his possible election to the White House.

And Sen. Lindsey Graham seems to be McCain’s one-man Kitchen Cabinet.

Graham’s visibility as the Arizona senator’s closest political confidant has risen in recent weeks as the two men crisscross the country and travel abroad on McCain’s presidential quest.

Has our nation come to this abysmal mess? I am utterly disgusted with politics these days.

Go ahead and vote for Captain Amnesty and his future three semi-liberal appointees to the Court....

....I choose to vote Consitution Party, it’s the only way I can tell the Republican Party that Jeffords-Snow-Graham candidates like McCain are not acceptable.

Bring on Obama....in four years you are going to see the biggest conservative backlash ever!

Now there’s a stupid idea. Get out your tinfoil hats for that group of anti Republican Kooks. Democrats keep putting money into that group down here to split the vote.

What’s studpid is voting for a Republican nominee for POTUS who nearly ran with John Kerry in ‘04. McCain almost left the Party in ‘01 in the Senate, but Jeffords beat him to it.

You have been duped. There’s no conservative running this year except Chuck Baldwin and depending on how you see him, Bob Barr.

Get real!

"I would have voted for Charles Manson over Graham. "

I would vote for Manson over McCain. Any chance we could draft Manson? Is his parole up for consideration?

So we’re just supposed to pretend they don’t by keeping several RINOs around.

“I think you’ll get your shot to see those faces as they realize the reality of John’s pick.”

The “I told you so’s” and pointing and laughing will be well worth the crap that those McBots have slung for lo these many months.

"Lindsay Graham soars because he is light in the loafers."

And you can bet if he is, the Rats are gonna smoke him out.

That said, if McCain picks Graham, then we can be 1,000% certain the "path to citizenship" for illegals will begin as soon as MCain/Graham are elected.

Know what you are voting for, people!! McCain is telling us what he intends to do. God help us.

Yes. As bad as it hurts, it will hurt less than keeping Goofy Harry Reid as Majority Leader. If you vote for any Democrat for the Senate, you're voting for Harry Reid.

“If he gets to be president, I can be of great benefit to him in the Senate,” Graham said. “With his agenda, he’s going to need people to form bipartisan relationships and pass major legislation. I think that’s where I can serve my state best.”

So while McCain is running for President, Graham is running for "Maverick"? Sheesh. Isn't there a ranch somewhere where these guys can work through their petulant teenager rebellion issues?

I tend to agree, but these are our brothers and sisters in Conservatism. It will give me no glee to see them begin to understand how wrong they have been. Yes, it will be somewhat of a reward, but I honestly don’t think these folks understand they have an alternative. It’s one that none of us is pleased with, but it just doesn’t pay to support leftist leaders.

I’m not here to argue the point. You may be right.”

I was sort of hoping that you or someone else would brilliantly expose my flawed thinking here, and explain just how McCain is going to steamroll Obama.....Man, I would sure love to be wrong!

I can appreciate that. I firmly believe our nation will lose big-time no matter who wins this fall, so it’s rather academic to me.

Here’s to hoping you’re not too disappointed by the end of the four year term.

Take care.

“If former Senator Phil Graham is a part of a McCain Administration, he will be the economic downfall of this nation and will singlehandedly drive this nation into a severe depression, if not the world.”

We have 3 generations that are in dire need of just that!!!!
