I don’t believe Americans would so easy part with their weapons. Love to see the Gov. try though.
I agree. I don’t think it could happen here.
Great video; very much worth watching.
The Brits woke up. About time - but now that The People surrendered, will they regain their freedom?
Watch what you wish for. The supreme court doesn’t exactly seem to be following the constitution.
If guns were outlawed all at once, we would have a civil war. But first they take the guns away from kids and felons. Then they outlaw importation of cheap handguns. Then they outlaw manufacture of new machine guns, except to the GOVERNMENT, of course. Then they outlaw armor piercing handgun ammo. Then they outlaw scary black rifles. Then they redefine “armor piercing” to mean anything that will shoot through the lowest level of body armor and outlaw that ammo. Then they outlaw this gun because it is “too powerful” and that one because it is “too small” and that one because it holds too many cartridges..
“When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty.”
Thomas Jefferson
The Brits deserve what they’re getting, though I strongly and deeply sympathize with their plight. The simple fact is that NO government, no matter how benign it appears on the surface, can be forced to do anything unless the governed have some means of compelling the desired action. The nature of government is to grow its power at the expense of the governed, and to never give back what it takes.
It is clear that the British government does not fear its people, so there is tyranny. All that the British Sheeple can do is bleat more often and more loudly for some of their privileges to be restored or partially restored. The Second Amendment was explicitly designed to make sure that such a situation never comes about here.
MOLON LABE!!
Video is slightly dated, but excellent (I believe Tony Martin was finally released from prison some time ago).
I promise you’ll never see me voluntarily turning over any of my guns to a government agent.
Any attempt on the part of the Federal government to circumvent the 2nd Amendment ought to be viewed as an attempt to circumvent the entire Bill of Rights and the Constitution as a whole. 70 million Americans will have a big problem with that.
I can’t imagine any US LEO or military unit that would enforce this.

Trust me when I tell you that it will never get that far. The 2nd Amendment was written and appended to the Constitution just in case the Federal Government attempted to overturn any of the other Amendments in the Bill of Rights.
The vast majority of them would be on our side.
“I dont believe Americans would so easy part with their weapons. Love to see the Gov. try though.”
I do. The government will make it a felony to possess a gun. Thereby, anyone found with a gun arrested, charged and sentenced. This means for many that they will loose their jobs, loose their passports, etc. So, it is doubtful in my mind anyway, that average folks will “draw a line in the sand” and step across it because of this...
Take a trip to Obama's Chicago and you will see exactly that.
That's the mindset that the anti-gun crowd is counting on.
How about men marrying men or the government telling you how much water the single flush of a toilet can use?
Naw...it couldn't happen here.
