I can’t imagine any US LEO or military unit that would enforce this. You probably can't imagine a military unit that would engage in genocide or the mass murder of the country's own civilians. But governments around the world have no problem recruiting such
All you need is a fraction of a percent of the population that would enjoy the job (there are lots of militant anti-gunners). You find out what psychological tests would profile such people, and you have all the government high schools administer the tests. Then you give them paychecks, uniforms, and weapons
