I don’t believe Americans would so easy part with their weapons. Love to see the Gov. try though.

I agree. I don’t think it could happen here.

Watch what you wish for. The supreme court doesn’t exactly seem to be following the constitution.

If guns were outlawed all at once, we would have a civil war. But first they take the guns away from kids and felons. Then they outlaw importation of cheap handguns. Then they outlaw manufacture of new machine guns, except to the GOVERNMENT, of course. Then they outlaw armor piercing handgun ammo. Then they outlaw scary black rifles. Then they redefine “armor piercing” to mean anything that will shoot through the lowest level of body armor and outlaw that ammo. Then they outlaw this gun because it is “too powerful” and that one because it is “too small” and that one because it holds too many cartridges..

I do. The government will make it a felony to possess a gun. Thereby, anyone found with a gun arrested, charged and sentenced. This means for many that they will loose their jobs, loose their passports, etc. So, it is doubtful in my mind anyway, that average folks will “draw a line in the sand” and step across it because of this...

It’s much more likely that the federal fascists will resort to chemical and biological weapons in “problem” areas to take care of the gun issue. The ever-expanding girth of the typical federal bureaucrat could never hack it on a battlefield. Half would die from strokes and heart attacks.

1 in 10 would actively resist and be burned to death of gunned down in their homes with their families.
A handful of examples made and the rest would fall into line. Terror is a handy tool in the hands of an unscrupulous government and ours had had what few scruples it once possessed stripped away decades ago.
Today freedom and liberty doesn't mean what it once did. If it did, Kelo would have brought people into the streets demanding the heads of the fools in black.

They can try....they will kill me, but they will have to lose some of their own to get them. BTW, I don’t shoot those pissy little .223s......
