.15c USD is equal to about 320 Bolivares. The per capita income in Venezuela is about $7,000USD or 14,937,306 Bolivars. This means one gallon of gas is .002% of a Venezuelan's income. In the US, the per capita income is $38,611. A gallon of gas here averages $4.00/gallon or .001% of an American's income. In other words, even thought that gas may cost .15c/gallon in Venezuela, it essentially costs twice what it does here.

I don’t get it ? After reading a few of your posts, it is quite clear that you don't get it. You don't have a clue about economics, or about the political process, or about history. The tax=payers definitely did not get their money's worth with your public school education.
