Rep. Kucinich Introduces Bush Impeachment Resolution

WASHINGTON - Rep. Dennis Kucinich, a former Democratic presidential contender, said Monday he wants the House to consider a resolution to impeach President Bush.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi consistently has said impeachment was "off the table."
Kucinich, D-Ohio, read his proposed impeachment language in a floor speech. He contended Bush deceived the nation and violated his oath of office in leading the country into the Iraq war.
Kucinich introduced a resolution last year to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney. That resolution was killed, but only after Republicans initially voted in favor of taking up the measure to force a debate.

Good luck with all that.
The idiot knows it isn’t going to happen but he needs the attention.

” a former Democratic presidential contender”
ROFLMAO, yeah right, a real “contender” not even as much of a “contender” as Marlon Brando in “On The Waterfront”.
My plumber is more of a “contender than Dennis Kookyspinich who is no contender at all.
Impreach Bush, yeah right. Haven’t we heard this before, a LOT of times before.
Dennis must be desperate for attention or something.
Dennis, get real. Go away, nobody care a whit about you and your delusional quest for attention.
Go away.

Let’s not worry about immigration, the outrageous price of oil or any of the other numerous pressing issues. Let’s play stupid games and introduce rediculous resolutions instead. And the American people will reward this behavior in November by electing even more Democrat nut-jobs. Unbelievable...

How about a resolution to recall that idiot Kucinich? Sounds like less of a waste of taxpayer money.

What's funny is the DUmbasses at DU are about to have a group obamaism over this. Their big thrill is “it will be in the congressional record” for history! None of the little goons stop to think that just because it is said doesn't make it gospel.
There are mountains of junk speeches in the “congressional record”. Given the lack of respect for a nutcase like Kucinich, I'm sure “history” will have a big laugh.

The GOP leaders should use some parliamentary tricks and force this to a vote. Have the D’s on record if they favor impeachment or not.

Dennis the menace is not a kook! He knows how to raise money from people who would never contribute to “normal” candidates. Labeling him as a kook is grossly underestimating him. Study his history. He's a very saavy politician. His candicancies give him great publicity, and great vacations! He's no dummy! I've met the guy, and he ain't stupid.
To: garyhope
My plumber is more of a contender than Dennis Kookyspinich who is no contender at all. Is your plumber more conservative than "W" or John McCain? If he doesn't want to sell out the Constitution like Bush or McCain, I would vote for your plumber.

As an alternative, perhaps the midget could introduce a bill calling for impeachment of Barack Obama; he’d be ahead of the crowd.
