Hillary Clinton publicly and enthusiastically endorsed Barack Obama for president Saturday in Washington D.C., as she suspended her historic bid for the White House.

“The way to continue our fight now … is to take our energy, our passion, our strength and do all that we can to help elect Barack Obama the next president of the United States,” she said to cheering supporters. “Today as I suspend my campaign, I congratulate him on the victory he has won, and the extraordinary race he has run. I endorse him and throw my full support behind him.”

Suspend:

to hold or keep undetermined; to refrain from forming or concluding definitely

Agreed.

Of course she has to give the appearance now of supporting Obama. Of course she does not want him to win.
She will simply continue to campaign even at the convention, trying to win back democrats good graces by saying whatever uniting BS she has to. But I would not be surprised if she works behind the scenes to sink Obama’s boat.

It is interesting situation she is in isn’t it?

Sound like you support Obama, but work for his defeat somehow.

Our long national nightmare is over.

The though of Hillary as President was like a nightmare of seeing Freddy Krueger in the street from your bedroom window.

Having Barack Hussein Obama as President will be like waking up from that Hillary nightmare and finding Freddy Krueger standing over you.

I notice Humas is stuck right to her back in between the Secret Service guys as Her Heinous works the crowd.

The Royal Queens of Europe always have a lady-in-waiting stuck to them like glue wherever they go in public too.

I wonder if President Bush or Senator John McCain have royal aides/valets stuck to their backs when they press the flesh in crowds. I don't think so.

Suspend?

According to what Fox was saying, suspending it allows her to keep on raising money to pay down her debt. Not an unimportant fact considering how much of that she owes to herself.

You got it!! Just suspend!

She’s not quitting. Heaps all the praise she can on the benighted Obama...and hopes for an event that lets her re-open her efforts for the nomination.

Not really. She lives on and on and on...and this witch represents the sorry state of NY. Elected by the sorry ignoramuses who voted for her.

Clinton corrupt at minute 1 in the WH, after all they got the 8 years of practice.

It will take the Oessiah awhile to work up to Clinton's level incompetence and corruption.

Who ever wins Nov 2008, US Conservatives nightmare has just begun.

This sycophant will not go into the night quietly. For her to think it is a positive thing to tout a 13 year old kid forgoing a trip to Disneyland for which they saved for for years, to instead travel to Pennsylvania to help campaign for her is the sign of a truly sick narcissist. A similar thread was uttered in one of her speeches the other day about a little kid selling his bike to send her money.

The more frightening part of that is that the sheep listening to her DO think that is a good thing.

Unbelievable!

The Obama presidency is FReepers’, to stop.

It’s really time for FReepers to quit whining and back-stabbing John McCain. Now.

IMHO enough Americans are just a tiny bit suspicious of Obama’s loyalites, to prevent his winning in November.

Starting today, should begin a Free Republic “Manhattan Project” to draw attention 24/7 to the (reasonable) doubt whether Obama is in truth a Marxist/Islamic Manchurian Candidate.

I am starting to think so.

Thing is, as long as FReepers are too preoccupied with whining about John McCain, that’s not going to get the attention it should. The MSM is certainly not going to do that job.

Time for FReepers to get on one side of this contest. And win.

Saddle up.

Nightmares are like buses....you miss one...there’s always another one on its way.

Take heart my fellow Americans. Bill Clinton was in the WH for 8 years. He was both corrupt and impotent. The American people went about our business, worked, saved, played, raised our children and counted our blessings.

It’s not the government that keeps the US strong it’s US!

It’s not the government that keeps us free - it’s our military.

It’s not the government that blesses us - it’s God.

Pray.
