Navy Sails into 21st New York Fleet Week

Hiya Conor, just getting back from my son's school play.

With regards to CWO-5's. The Army Warrant Officers only went up to CW4's when I was in (til 1981).

Did some googling and found this.

Looks like the Army started the CWO-5 program in 1991.
