Short but serious question:
So, what's it gonna be folks? Turncoat RINO or America hating Marxist?
Yup. I won't stay home, and I'll need a hot shower afterward, but I'm pulling the lever for McCain. In the scheme of things, I'm just a small fry who probably doesn't count for much, but what little power I have, I'm not going to give to the Dims by sitting out the election.
Glad to see you posting, Jim Rob, a swift and easy recovery to you!
LOL. Good one.
So glad to see you up and posting. Don’t want to think about the election right now. I know I will not be voting for a democrat, that’s for sure.
I do think that I could not ever imagine voting for any of them, and so ... I shall not.
Vote for Conservatives down the line?
Sure, if there are any to vote for.
Vote McCain?? No. Never.
welcome back
McCain. BHO is an abortion-loving, socialist academic who appears to be an odd combination of Jimmy Carter (way over his head) and Bill Clinton (slick, mile-wide-inch-deep-feel-good speeches).
I don't think Obama knows where he stands on most issues other than being far left. I don't thing he is avoiding issues, he just never really thought about them. If he needs to decide where he really stands he will fail in an emergency. This could cost many lives.
“I anticipate voting for the most conservative candidate on the ballot. That may possibly be the Republican, but I very much doubt it.”
Interesting statement. So who then?
I PREFER a democrat would lead America into the abject socialism they ALL would commit. In the slim hope America would come to her senses.. The thought of an even WORSE republican than Bush doing it offends me.. I PREFER a democrat would/SHOULD satiate Americas desire for the foolishness of socialism.. NOT a republican...
Becuase I believe all three are controlled by "someone" ELSE>.
I agree that our nation’s future is at stake. It always is, in a Presidential election.
But you would vote for a man who would allow 30 million people to become citizens and vote Democrat for the next 50 years? End of country.
You would vote for a man who would worship at the shrine of global warming and kneecap the American economy? End of country.
You would vote for a man who wants to give Gitmo residents constitutional rights and move them to America, and thinks waterboarding is so bad, even if the fate of millions in an American city hangs in the balance, he won’t countenance it so the Euroweenies will think more highly of us? End of country.
You would vote for a man who was a POW for 5.5 years, and when he had a chance to find out what happened to 600 of his fellow POWs we left behind in 1973, closed the books on them? End of conscience.
Sorry, bannie, if we get the witch or the obamination, there will be opposition to them. With a turncoat RINO, the GOP will not fight him. End result: Dem agenda achieved and end of country.
In the morning, I have to face myself. I’ve let go of plenty trying to support this party for over 35 years.
When that party says they don’t need me anymore, they don’t have to say it twice.
Ask yourself: if this is truly such an important election, where the heart, soul, and the very existence of this country is at stake, why are we running a person who won’t win the election?
Political parties come, and political parties go. That how the GOP came into existence. And that’s how their successor will as well.
Me too! Can’t wait. Nailed a big bodied 5 X 5, Est live weight 240 lbs. Brought home 97 lbs of prime vension.
Straight shoot’en to ya!
The long run is to create the new party for phase II of the Reagan Revolution
I doubt it.
Like Laura Bush.
I’m married to a smoker...they always are quitting.
I’ll take Turncoat RINO for $100, Alex!
Why, thank you very much. Glad to be of service. Dumping abortionism was one of my primary objectives. hate him, but i’ll live with mccain.
20+ million new, uneducated, government dependent voters, something McCain will fight to the end for, will make any ideas of a future conservative comeback purely academic. The liberals will have truly won and all the people who think they are making sense by voting for someone while "holding their nose" will not be able to avoid the permanent liberal stench.
The very thought of having to make this choice is sickening.
BTW, welcome back!
The word “presumptive” currently remains before the name of John McCain until the Convention. I’ll hold out hope, and pray for a miracle until then. If no miracle, then I’ll hold my nose and vote.
I cannot do anything such as not vote, write in a name of someone I favor other than McCain, or support a lesser Political Party candidate, or my vote would more than likely not count to prevent the Marxist from winning.
There are other ways to send a message to the GOP that we are displeased with their presentations and support, or lack thereof. The GOP is a Political Party within the Nation I reside and love. It’s the Nation, not the Party that counts to me.
I will do my best to choose what’s best for my country from my Conservative perspective.
My greatest fear is a Dem. Pres., a Dem. Senate, and a Dem. House. Todays Dem. Party is Socialist, not Liberal. Todays Republican Party is verging upon Socialist as the Left incrementally moves in for the kill.
I think the BIG question is what do we Conservatives do to prepare for the future as our traditions are now in process of being destroyed.
(Don’t respond Pissant, I’m not ready for Falcon yet.)
Neither! Let the Republican Party at every level truly crash since the RINOs have taken over too much of it anyways, and then let the conservatives successfully create a new “Conservative Party” that truly remains conservative on all of the issues and for always. IMHO, as a RINO and “assiduous conservative back stabbing” Republican President, John McCain can truly do much more damage on all of the issues to the entire Republican Party in both the short-term and in the long-term compared to the Democrats, who the voters will SEE as just being Democrats going against what both the Republicans and conservatives want to do on all of the issues. I plan to vote for Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party for POTUS as a protest vote against McCain for everything anti-conservative that McCain has truly done and will truly do in the future. I will truly vote for Republicans in all of the other races, but, sadly, it’s truly very difficult to find any Republicans willing to run for any political office from the state of Massachusetts for obvious reasons.
I couldn’t agree more.

Bumperoo!
