The perversion of the justice system and the civil system is one of the worst—and most often overlooked—abuses we are facing.

That bears repeating. What is terrifying to me about this case, is that they are using Civil Law exclusively. The CPS officials were even debating whether or not they needed a search warrant to go into the compound. The fact that they seem to be able to indefinitely detain, strip, examine and interrogate adults without council, with no consequences seems to violate most of our constitutional rights.

When I get into a debate on issues, there is nothing I like more than when my opponent gets to the point of name-calling, foot-stomping, and frothing invective.

You can stomp your foot all you want and call names. But you haven't made a single point on what this thread has been about and how this works in our Free Republic without stomping on what we stand for, and the limitations on government that the founding fathers have set up.

It’s easy to label any group different from the mainstream as a cult. The label can be either positive or negative dependant upon one’s perception. What I support is the Constitution of these United States. Our Constitution prevents overzealous and/or corrupt public officials from arresting an entire town because they are different, or because they suspect wrong doing. All our rights are individual. These FLDS members have individual rights. While the FLDS is a group, each member in that group has individual rights guaranteed in our Constitution.

If you oppose our Constitution, then seek to amend it. Goodluck with that.

Everyone has 1st Amendment rights...that is indeed a fact. Every preacher, every President, every crack dealer, every used car salesman.
