The posts on ec.com are more important than the show....
this way you can read the info for yourself, instead of suffering through 2 hours of rants and callers....
I have started posting articles with links that are basically everything that the show covers....
it’s just all abuot getting the info out there....

bottom line is this...
The world runs on oil right now.
We need to encourage exploration of alnertaive energy— but no reason we should be claim we can’t drill or refine oil because of the environment, when it will be done by someone, weather it be us or our enemies- it will be done.
no reason for us to PAY our enemies for doing it.....ridiculous...
it is like owning a gold mine, but buying gold from your enemy just to feel good...
RIDICULOUS!

I just tried to e-mail Exxon to ask them how long it would take to get oil from the Gulf or Anwar without all the regulations but they have so many blockers(probably due to enviro/wacko posts) I could not get through.
I wonder if anyone knows what the true time from start to finish would be to bring in crude to be refined would actually be without all the needless regulations.
I just don't think that DC has a clue just how much $4.00 a gallon gas screws up peoples lives.I know the rats don't care but our side sure should.

In case you were wondering the first course tonight is Roast lamb. The supermarket where I normally get my half leg of lamb did not have any half legs so I had to buy a whole leg. What a shame :o) - only problem was the cost instead of about 7 dollars it was about 14 dollars.

Can I have your 4.00 dollar a gallon even if it is a short gallon.
We are now over 2.00 dollars a litre in Britain (approx 4 litres to the US gallon or 4.5 to British).

Ironically, the Dems are electing new relatively conservative Congresscritters.Really?
Name the congressional Democrats that vote conservative.

Public transport is not that much better here. I know several people who travel 20 - 30 miles by car each day to work just at my company so that is costing them approximately 50 - 70 pounds (100 - 140 dollars a week) just to get to work let alone any leisure miles.

It’s all so much BS snugs when you consider that the oil companies have located more oil than we will ever us in 6 life times and all they need is permission to go get it.
