The overwhelming majority of Californians do NOT SUPPORT same-sex marriage or want it in our state. The frothing, queer-supporting leftist MSM and the architects of this travesty like Newsome of San Freakcisco, think they have the approval of the public when all they have is ONE VOTE MARGIN from a leftist state court. These "people" or what they are, or stand for, are not popular. They have no victory. To put it mildly.

I hope some one in the media puts Obama on record as saying whether he supports this decision or not. It would be interesting to see how his team would spin this one.

It’s not “We the People” anymore. The so-called “judges” are now the roosters in this chicken coop and it’s our fault for letting them get that way.

Do you think that it will get on the ballot and do you think it will pass?

Here in Florida we got enough sigs but then with only two weeks left they told us that we were now short.

in less than two weeks we got over another 60,000 sigs I believe and it’s on the ballot

I’m looking forward to getting the ballot question and hearing it will pass.

No doubt the homo’s and libs will try everything as they have but alas to no avail so far

Always thought it was weird
if they want to be married and live in lib utopia then why not move to MA and leave us alone so we can enjoy our state instead of pushing their perverted way of life unto others

I left that state and left England why can’t they do the same, after all they say they want it so much then move I don’t want to see fairy men prancing about on their tip toes nor do I want to see two women who look like men

AND I AM ONE OF THEM IN CA THAT VOTED AGAINST THIS WHEN IT WAS ON THE BALLOT. But who cares about the voters. So than let’s let the men or women who want to marry mutiple people, let’s let sister and brother marry if they want and the list goes on Newsome wants to be the Gov of CA (let me braf first) Our state is in the worst crisis ever, Newsome has hundreds and hundres of homeless people in San Fran, people are losing homes, jobs, but no........................same sex marriage is the most important issue to the Mayor of San Fran and the 9th circus court of appeals.

Welcome to the Gay State!
Nobody gave a flying Fartola when Masshole-achusetts did the same thing via Supreme Court fiat.

At least you got to vote on this issue, and apparently will again.

We were denied our right to vote by our own Representatives and State Senators!

Second Kick in the Ass came again a few months ago when our Esteemed Governor, Deval Patrick, the ORIGINAL...
“YES. WE CAN” ( Democrat Affirmative Rights Lawyer for the Clinton Adminisration Candidate friend of Obambi’s)..

Loser got together with our Democratically Controlled Corrupt Legislature and
Constitutionally denied the Voters a Vote

So at least you all still have a chance..
Gay Lobby manifesto..
Lie, cheat, intimidate, win.

Lie some more, guilt some more,
INTIMIDATE..
Win.

They have actually gone so far here as to threaten and successfully target the lives and reputations of Voters who sign the petitions to put the measure on the ballot.

Your name , address, and telephone number will be published on the the Internet prior to the Vote and the Creeps will proudly declare that “OUTING” you as a believer in Man/woman Marriage prior to the vote.

They are Maniacal and Nazi like with their political tactics.

In the end, (or as the dwemokwats like to say)..
ahemm.. “At the End of the Day”..

The Quiffies are 2% of the population,
but by God,
They are running the Show right now in a Country of 300 M people.

We need to really step up to the Plate.

It’s the equivalent of JV softball playing the Varsity Linebackers.

We need more Linebackers and people of Courage.
They can’t all be in the MILITARY.. can they?

Kalifornia is run by the degenerates in San Francisco... with Gov. Schwartzenegger as their sock puppet.
He will support the decision. I am beginning to think he should be recalled.

Why would this decision not eventually be overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court if it ever gets that far?

If the constitutional amendment passes in November will not the CA. SC declare it illegal? We already passed one ballot measure declaring gay marriage illegal. Was not that declared illegal? I do not see the difference.

Actually, 50% of Californians would vote against same sex marriage while 43% support it. Hardly a MAJORITY.

In this country, it is suppose to be about freedom - FOR ALL. No majority should have a right to remove anyone else’s rights. That’s why we have a 3 bodied system: legislative to make law, executive to enforce them, judicial to interpret.

What the SF ruling said was that there was no compelling reason that gays should be made second class citizens. Even the dissenters agree with the idea of same sex marriage but felt there may not be enough reason, at this time, to reverse the lower courts decision.
