The problem is, I think he DOES "believe" in Iraq, but lacks Bush's larger vision for how to win the WoT. In other words, he's thinking tactically, not strategically.

I think it is possible that HC would be harder on terrorist than McCain. The only way to beat them and make the Country safe is to get all the intelligence on operations we can any way we can. I love the Armed Services especially the United States Navy, but this is not the prime instrument of victory. McCain wants to give terrorists Geneva standing. This is de facto unilateral disarmament. McCain is dangerous.
