Good for Oklahoma.
But from what I remember, 4% unemployment is considered full employment and a drop below that causes wage inflation to begin.
We need immigration. We haven’t had enough babies.
The question is this: Is our Federal Government competent enough to increase LEGAL immigration?

Homeland Security needs to take lessons from Oklahoma.
Oklahoma could teach the inept bureaucrats a thing or two about keeping people out of their state.
Oklahoma has kept Texas out for for the last hundred years, LOL.

I think it’s rather that Bush is focused on the war on terror, and this doesn’t show on his radar.

It’s very encouraging to think that unemployment of legal US citizens is declining in Oklahoma, purely due to state level efforts at enforcing the law. And, no doubt, this is having some effect. But, Oklahoma is in a position to benefit from the current situation with both oil and agriculture, so there is more at work here, as far as employment is concerned.

Maybe GWB should go to Oklahoma and get an education. I don't think he and algore could buy degrees there, they make you work for it., My bad algore could not even buy a degree, maybe I was thinking of Juan mccain's good buddy Ted.

Is our Federal Government competent enough to increase LEGAL immigration?Competent, yes. Willing, no. Not as long as Liberals are in the saddle and not as long as LEGAL immigrations means "conservative, educated, middle class".

send jorge bush/juan mccain/lib-dems to Oklahoma and let them take a seminar on ILLEGALS/employment/economics!!!

I think its rather that Bush is focused on the war on terror, and this doesnt show on his radar. Terrorists can sneak across the border along with the Mexicans - in fact I'd be willing to bet that they've done this.
