John Lennon's sons and widow, Yoko Ono, are suing the filmmakers of "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" for using the song "Imagine" in the documentary without permission....

Well, that pretty much disproves Intelligent Design right there.
“The producers cited the fair use doctrine, which allows the use of copyrighted materials for the purposes of commentary and criticism.
“We are disappointed therefore that Yoko Ono and others have decided to challenge our free speech right to comment on the song ‘Imagine’ in our documentary film,” they said in a statement.”
Must be running out of blood money....she could sell something to Michael Jackson if she is that hard up
All Ben Stein needs to do is make another donation to the Al Frankin For U.S. Senate Campaign and the Lennon-Ono family will be happy.
Ben Stein has made the right enemies.
I think Yoko is a very unpleasant person.
Move along...there is no bias to see here.
Yoko(and her lawyers) are busy these days..........

Darwin isn’t updating HIS theory of evolution. That is frozen in time. Others have continued his work.
Does all thought of an intelligent designer, a creator of the universe exist to say that evolution is not a part of the process?
And if there is absolutely no creator, then did God evolve? Why didn’t multiple gods evolve from the intergalactic dust? Or do scientists assert that there is no god (in which case they espouse their own religion)?

What is that supposed to mean? Do you think Ben is a Franken supporter?
Might be harder for Lennon’s fans to claim that he was a “victim” of undue political harassment with him discussing an attempt to spike Nixon’s coffee with LSD (Grace Slick tried the same thing).
Does anyone remember how “Imagine” is used in the movie? Does someone being interviewed quote it and then in plays? I could see that being fair use, but if the argument is just that because Expelled is a documentary about ID v. Darwinism and Imagine has that “imagine there’s no heaven” etc. line, I think Expelled loses this one.
I am not all that sure if Ben Stein has an “Al Frankin for US Senate” bumper sticker on his car but Ben Stein did donate cash to the Al Frankin Campaign.
Excellent news! More publicity for the movie. Now if only Harvard will make good on their threat to sue as well...
Hey Yoko, Shut up and Don’t Sing!
Pray for W and Our Freedom Fighters
Unlike McCartney’s ex-wife, she might have a leg to stand on.
(Ouch!)
That's not accurate. It's a documentary about how the Darwinists use bully tactics to disallow debate - just like leftists stifle conservative study in academia.
