It goes without saying that climate realists around the world believe Nobel Laureate Al Gore used false information throughout his schlockumentary "An Inconvenient Truth" in order to generate global warming hysteria.
On Friday, it was revealed by ABC News that one of the famous shots of supposed Antarctic ice shelves in the film was actually a computer-generated image from the 2004 science fiction blockbuster "The Day After Tomorrow."

The question remains, is this cleared footage or was it stolen? What does the studio say and what is the MPAA’s position?
How about the Academy?
Lots of people with fecal matter splattering on them from Gore’s stunt.
Now....if I spammed the entire company with a "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Hanukkah" Email....I'd likely be looking for a new job the next day. I guess some religions are better than others.
We're on the right track....
You can put a chip on your shoulder about it when Stein’s film is forced on public school children. Oh wait, that’ll never be the case.
Gaia loves me this I know
because Google tells me so.
I really hope some of the parents whose children have been subjected to this propaganda flick in public schools can use this to sue the school districts. In addition to prohibiting it from being shown in schools in the future, they should seek a ruling that all the children now have to be told that the film used fake video footage to try to convince them that its alarmist message was true.
“Fake but accurate” bump
Neither Gore’s Moore’s or Steins fictional “documentaries” should be forced on anyone, especially our school children.
I hope someone with more skills than I have can post a side by side comparison. That would be a real “Gotcha”.
ah...........BOOMSTICK !
Actually, it's not so much of a boycott, as the darkened screen was so lousy to read. I switched over to Yahoo instead, and haven't bothered to switch back. Yahoo does everything that I want.
I'm sure that they're missing the few dozen or so hits that I generated each week. I'm expecting a call from their CEO begging for my business back. /sarc
Manbearpig caught faking in his “documentary”
So the Albore “documentary” (i.e., schlockumentary) relied upon FAKED images to depict a purportedly actual event that is totally mis-represented in the film.
That’s called fraud Mr. Gore.
“fake and inaccurate” is the new MSM motto.
LOL! I had to watch that movie for a part of a class about the apocalypse, but we also watched a zombie movie and something else with spaceships for the same part of that class, so I don’t think realism was the point, just peoples’ different ideas about the way humanity or the world will come to an end.
Everything about global warming is computer generated because there’s no conclusive proof it’s real and what circumstantial evidence they have still can’t be tied to human behavior in any way, shape or form.
Better yet, that would have been a real “inconvenient truth”.
The media won’t shame Gore. He’s one of them.
