The March FEC reports have been posted for the presidential campaigns. Obama's is here. Clinton's is here. McCain's is here.
At the end of February, Clinton's campaign was in the red when her debts and loan to herself were factored in. It appears that at the end of March, her financial situation has worsened. In fact, at the end of March, Hillary Clinton's campaign debts alone exceeded her cash on hand. That's quite stunning for a campaign that was supposed to be built on fund raising prowess.
As of March 31, 2008, Clinton reported cash on hand totaling $31,712,197.67. However, that's not the real number -- a good chunk of that money, over $22 million, can only be spent in the general election. The Associated Press is even reporting that Clinton is in the red:
Clinton reported raising $20 million in March and had $9 million for the primary available at the beginning of April. But she also reported debts of $10.3 million, putting her in the red.
To be exact, the campaign owes debts totaling $10,321,562.87 -- and that doesn't include the $5 million loan she made to the campaign. Mark Penn's firm is owed over $4.5 million.

Of course, I do not live in Philly. But Obama has money to burn from collecting small donations. Looks to me like The Witch is Toast.

This is going to go on until SOMEBODY walks up to Hillary with a crucifix and explains to her that her camapaign died four months ago. (Until that time, I have to go make more popcorn!)
Just watch, they will have millions stashed away and start stiffing people who they owe money.
Please speed up the bitch's eventual withdrawl from the race and then let the fun begin.. Let's see how they derail or kill Obama before the conventions and if they can get away with it, one more time..
Best case for Obama, they decide to let him live, work to insure he loses to McCain and then the beast resurfaces for 2012...

Time for Bill to make a loan to the campaign out of that $107 million they have in the bank.

I was thinking the same thing. Or....she was thinking that she would bring in the money through campaign donations within a month and have her money back at the 16%, but since it was only a month, the rate looks better stated the other way.

I have saved a copy of a political cartoon from the 1992 democratic primary race. It shows all the Democratic hopefulls innertubing down a river, each on an innertube with the name of an issue expected to knock them out of the race written on it’s side. They are approaching this “waterfall” where the press looms just at the crest to watch each go over the edge, representing a collapse of their candidacy.
The first off the waterfall to oblivion is....BILL CLINTON.
On his innertube are the words...JENNIFER FLOWERS!

Wonder if Larry King will ask the tough question about this tonight on his show. Don’t know if he is going to have her on the full hour. I am trying get enough stomach to watch it. But it is good coverage for her the night before the election.

If you know anything about credit card transactions you would know that statement is false. Almost every CC transaction done without a CC present gets flagged by the CC company
Can it happen? Sure, but not on the scale that would be meaningful or explainable.
