Code Pinkos stink up hearings
April 17, 2008 | flib

Posted on 04/17/2008 5:54:25 PM PDT by flib

During my recent visit to Capitol Hill, I was lucky enough to have the time and opportunity to attend some of the Petreaus hearings. I entered the hearings near the end of the morning session on Tuesday, April 8th.

I was shocked to see that the Code Pinkos were there is full force making a mockery of our process. Cloaked head to toe in their version of Muslim garb with faces painted ghoulishly white with black circles around their eyes, they sported hands painted red. (The red hand bit quite appropriate since it was Code Pink who went into Fallujah through Jordan with $650,000 worth of aid and supplies for the very people who were shooting at our Marines. They have blood on their hands, alright!)

They were holding up the usual stupid “endless war” signs. I whispered to one of cops, “Are they allowed to have signs?” He rolled his eyes and shrugged his shoulders. I quickly sat and noticed the clean cut Vets for Freedom guys in their tan polos sitting near the two Iraq Vets against the War guys who looked like they had just come off an all night kegger.

An IVAW member had the acronym tattooed on his forearm. I took a photo of it thinking how it would look next to a photo of a tattoo a friend of mine has on her forearm. She is a gold star widow who has her husband’s loving words in his handwriting tattooed on her arm. He believed in the mission as does she. What a contrast to the spoiled IVAW member. Courage and cowardice always reveal one another.

During the hearing, the pinkies came and left in what could only be described as “shifts.” I guess there were too many facts being presented at once for them, and besides, they don’t let the facts get in the way of their arguments anyway.

The pinkos that were there continually scoffed loudly and even commented back to the General’s testimony. It was a horrible display of lack of respect. At one point, I looked over at a female capitol cop and mouthed the question, “Why are they allowed to talk?” She threw up her hands and shrugged her shoulders. It was ridiculous.

I remembered a few small American flags that were in my purse from the morning’s rally at Senate Park. I hoisted one up in the air silently daring the cops to stop our stars and stripes while allowing the seditious signs of the pinkos. No action was taken. A gold star mom in the front row asked for a flag and I passed one forward to her which she proudly held up.

When the hearing broke for lunch and people were getting up to leave, it was clear that talking was allowed. However, that would not have been enough for these broads. They turned to face the assemblage and note papers in hand began singing (to use the term loosely) a song on that was scratched on the papers about Iraqi moms and the war. I had enough at that point. I stood up and starting singing the national anthem. (Okay, I will admit-AGAIN using the term singing loosely.) My husband motioned for us to leave, so we did. Out in the hall, the pink fog continued. “WHEN are we going to leave Iraq?!! Where are the diplomats? WHEN are we going to leave Iraq?!!” Screaming at the top of her lungs, a pinko made her way through the halls unabated. I just couldn’t help myself, “What we all want to know is WHEN are you going to leave this building?!” I teased. Most of those in hearing distance laughed out loud. I discovered that Pinkos have NO sense of humor.

“I support the troops more than you!” She shouted. “You are despicable, I responded, Shame on you. Thank God you weren’t around during the Normandy invasion.” The Pink disappeared into the crowd.

I stopped at the corner to talk with some friends who were also there. Moments later The pinko “singers” were making their way out of the hearing room, walking in formation like a burka clad coalition of the crazy “singing” their stupid song. They were at the far end of the hall from me yet, we could hear them, and see them {unfortunate on both counts}.

As they approached the corner, I said, “I hope you like those burkas, because if we pull out, we’ll all be wearing them.” A middle aged, female capital cop came over quickly getting in my face telling me I need to stop. I was appalled. Are you kidding me? “I have a right to talk. They ran their mouths the entire hearing and you did nothing.” “Were you here earlier? We arrested one earlier.” She retorted. “No, but when I was in there they ran their mouths and you did nothing” “ I wasn’t in there, I’m in charge of the hall” she announced. ( Okay, I admit it- I sooo wanted to ask if she was the hall monitor.) “You are too loud” “Well, THEY are loud in the hall” I countered. ( yes- unfortunately the singing continued throughout the encounter) “They are calm and peaceful, you are volatile and emotional.” {Gee, my friends lost husbands and sons for our freedom and these slugs were spitting on and disparaging that effort. Ya think a bit of emotion might be called for here? And the singing, drama, & costumes aren’t emotional??} “Emotions are illegal now? Oh please, It’s not that- you just don’t like what I am saying.” Overall, it was a ridiculous encounter. I don’t remember every word, but apparently I can find it, since later that night my husband saw it on CNN. He called me from a bar at the airport. He was waiting for his plane and saw it.

Some may say dealing with these lunatics is a waste of time. Maybe, but I personally can’t let their actions go unchallenged.

I do know my time was worth the effort. The following day of hearings was far less eventful. I spoke to someone who went in that day. Apparently no signs were allowed and the first two finger peace sign that went up was met with capital police sending someone to the hall. Yep, just doing my part for Justice.

Good for you! It sounds like you held your temper much better than I could have. Thanks for countering their childish behavior.

D.C. Chapter Master Ping List

Another great report from last weeks events on Capitol Hill. It is a little late because Flib was in D.C. for another week and couldn't get a lot of dedicated time on the computer.

The Friday after the hearings, Flib brought about 25 Families United members to Walter Reed. More about that in the Walter Reed AAR.

Then she came to the Olney FReep. She had a super busy week.

What really bugs me is the FACT - you cannot enter one of these hearings without credentials - and as an outsider from Congress or the Pentagon - you need a pass from A CONGRESS PERSON.

Excuse me .. WHO THE HELL LET THESE IDIOTS INTO THE HEARING ..??

I sent an email to FOX but they didn’t care enough to find out.

This is political and ON PURPOSE - AND IT’S MEANT TO EMBARASS OUR MILITARY AND THE BUSH ADMIN. Disgusting!

Don’t even wonder if it is worth countering their effort.

You can see that it worked even if only to make the guards keep better order.

You are the reason for the change!

I bet the General would like to THANK YOU.

good for you for holding your own!
Their behavior angers me just READING how disrespectful they are.
And I agree ,what type of security is being enforced ? Forget the cowards from IVAW...they let nut cases in with robes and costumes...crazy makeup? I keep thinking of the Code Pink who was right in Condi Rice's face with painted hands during a hearing. The security at the public library is tighter than Capitol Hill.

“What we all want to know is WHEN are you going to leave this building?!”

What a great line! If I was there and heard that, I would have laughed out loud. And I have a extremely loud laugh. The guards probably would have thrown me out just because of that. You did very good. They get angry because they are not use to people getting back in their face.

forget these horrible women & support a true patriot

Hello Everyone,

I have a favor to ask of you. I am a member of Soldiers Angels and the founder was nominated in a “Favorite Mom” contest by her son. The prize is $25,000 and a spot on TV. It requires you sign up at the site & log in daily to vote. If you can, please help.

http://www.americasfavoritemom.com/mothers-day-2008/mom/Patti-P-3418#

Patti P is currently in 5th place and needs more votes.

In the world of Soldiers Angels... $25,000 can buy 35 Valour-IT laptops for our wounded hereos. It can buy 5000 wounded hero backpacks to send to those most in need. It can buy 50 airline tickets for families and soldiers in need to get back and forth in emergency situations. To an organization like Soldiers’ Angels that solely relies upon donations and sponsors to step forward with generous commitments to our programs, a gift like $25,000 will go a long ways.

Please go to www.americasfavoritemom.com and vote for Patti Patton.

for info on the group,

I am forbidden from making any public remarks about Code Pink or any other traitors. I have a CCW in The Peoples Democratic Utopian Workers Paradise of Massachusetts and if I ever displease a cop in any state my license will be revoked for “unsuitability.”

These Code Stinkos will be singing a different tune the next time America gets attacked. Then I hope they are all arrested for aiding and abetting the enemy.

You’d need to arrest most of the democrat congress first—senators and house members alike.

Traitorous bastards.

If not for them, this war would have been over and won 3 years ago. I blame most of the deaths of our American servicemen and women in Iraq and Afghanistan since mid-2004 on these gutless creeps—led by Clinton, Kerry, Kennedy, Pelosi, on and on.
