The five oldest and most trusted Islamic sources don’t portray Muhammad as a great and godly man. They confirm that he was a thief, liar, assassin, mass murderer, terrorist, warmonger, and an unrestrained sexual pervert engaged in pedophilia, incest, and rape. He authorized deception, assassinations, torture, slavery, and genocide. He was a pirate, not a prophet. According to the Hadith and the Qur’an, Muhammad and his henchmen plundered their way to power and prosperity.

Suck on that Canookistan islamahackers !

Michelle Malkin has a list of links to all the defendants. They include:

Free Dominion.ca, Ezra Levent, Kate McMillian, Johnathon Kay and Kathy Shaidle.

For shame Canada!

Actually, one of the four “Fundamental Freedoms” set out in S. 2 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms is effectively the same as the “Second Amendment” rights in the U.S. Constitution. It states:

“2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
....
b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication; ....”

Unfortunately, S. 1 of the Charter limits these rights thus:

“1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.”

S. 1 opens the barn doors for restrictive legislation, and judicial interpretation of what's “demonstrably justified”. The HRC thought-police powers haven't been tested thoroughly by the SCOC. It could go either way.

They have no Second Amendment in Canada either. That shows too. A distinct lack of BACKBONE (to put it nicely).

This reminds me of the Americans with Disabilities Act litigation.

The investigators are often (read usually) the actual expert the lawyer hires for the staw man plaintiff. (usually some BS disability corportation)

Essentially the canadian system seems to be based on financial rewards for tattle tales on thought crime.
