Planned Parenthood officials did not produce a response to this claim. The organization performed 22 percent of all abortions in 2005 (260,000 out of 1.2 million abortions).

Blacks do, indeed, have much higher rates of abortions than whites or other minority groups. In 2000, while blacks made up 17 percent of live births, they made up more than twice that share of abortions (36 percent). If those aborted children had been born, the number of blacks born would have been slightly over 50 percent greater than it was.
The comparison with whites and other minorities is striking. Whites made up 78 percent of live births, but only 57 percent of abortions. Non-black minorities had 7 percent of live births and 5 percent of abortions. If the aborted children had been born for either group, the percentage increase in the number of children born to these groups would have been less than that for blacks: 16 and 32 percent, respectively.
Data from 1973 on indicate that black women's share of abortions has consistently been at least twice their share of live births.
But not all those babies would necessarily have been born if abortion were illegal or harder to obtain. A number of recent academic studies have found that making abortion more difficult results in less pre-marital sex and fewer pre-marital pregnancies.

When I was a kid, my family was considered weird because we voted Republican and most of our dads were in the military, but today in the area I live in, we fit right in with the others of hispanic ancestry because most of them are in the military and vote conservative/republican-there is still hope this will all come around right (pun intended), I believe.

There is, in this climate of the most dangerous weapon of war against our freedoms, the Stealth Weapon: PC, no way there can be 'dialog' between the Black Liberationists and the white community. Anything a white may say can and will be construed as racist - the person will be cut off, labeled and, most likely, loose their job = therefore, they dare not speak honestly.
The modus operandi of the Black Liberationists/Separatists is: "Whitey: Sit down, listen up, shut up and PAY up."
The only dialog at the juncture would be dialog between the radicals and people like yourself, although it will still be difficult as they also use the Communist tactics on you by labeling and sidelining you as "Uncle Toms"

I would think that your paper could also extend to most abortions no matter what race the person belongs to. When boys/men are raised to believe that there is a way out and that they no longer are responsible what do we expect?

Yup. Sanger’s “plan” was that within a few generations, the United States would be an all-White upper-middle-class Socialist utopia. Lower-class White ethnics, Blacks, and other “race mongrels” were to be bred out of existence. As I told my former fiancee, who was of mixed race, if Sanger had had her way, she, and most of her family, would never have been born.
You’d be surprised. There are still men — mostly religious men — who respect sexual morality. Woman have a choice.

LOL! I can just imagine what a wicked source of amusement that was-one of my cousins is married to an Air Force officer from Puerto Rico she met when they were stationed together in California. She told me whenever he was driving their SUV with the Bush/Cheney sticker on it, at least one other driver would do a double take and run over a curb when they saw that he was black.

As a general rule, perhaps. But if one of the cures for a sunburn on your arm was amputation, and you removed that "alleviation", would people change their behavior toward sunburns?
This isn't Russia, contraception devices (condoms, the pill, IUD, etc) are readily available and cheaply. People who are too dissolute to worry about pregnancy before abortion was illegal are not going to be worrying about it after it becomes illegal.IMO (methinks there something awry about that "factoid")
