How can a public facility aid one religion without aiding all of them? I think a cross and a star of David should adorn the basins.

In a serious vein can non-Muslims use the foot bath? Is soap provided? I would consider using it myself. After going through security in my socks it might be fun to wash your feet. Also, do you have to face a specific direction while washing & is there a way to not show the soles of your feet to anyone waiting in line?

Is there a government sponsered brochure to explain how to use the foot bath? Please let me know.

I live in Southern Indiana and we’ve got like 15 Muslims in the whole city, and the few I’ve met are very nice, polite and modern. I’m ashamed of my Capital.

Anytime you have to go to the airport, bring a pocketful of concrete mix to add to the water of the footbath.
