The impetus for Lot and his daughters was to repopulate a place emptied of humans by God, NOT to gratify lust or forbidden pleasure. One may kill another person yet go to heaven. God knows what is in our hearts. The father in the story admits that he overcame his own reservations to do what he is doing. Gays do the same thing.
There was a black hooker in Little Rock who claimed that she had a kid by Bubba. In the mid 90’s his photo was floating around and he did look like a tan Bubba. Someone(a court)was trying to compel the sitting pres to submit to a DNA test. It was all kept very quiet.
People make fun and light of these things because of the same reasons people laugh at inappropriate times. People feel uncomfortable so they try to make fun and get rid of some of the tension. Don’t take it so seriously.
And besides, neither of them were very attractive (really). The comment about her seeing her father from across the room and thinking, “now he’s not so bad” made me bristle.

You know what your post reminded me about? How people will say that we can’t judge what is bad or evil, but yet we are allowed to say that Mother Teresa was a good person, Ghandi was a good person and so on.
It cuts both ways. If we can say something or someone is good and make a judgment, we can do likewise. I love logic. Gotta give the credit on this one to Dennis Prager though. He always makes sense to me.

A stunning DNA showdown came to a dramatic conclusion this weekend when it was learned that STAR magazine was in posession of lab results — results that ruled out Bill Clinton as the father!
The DRUDGE REPORT was first to reveal the DNA chase that captured the attention of official Washington in a series of exclusive reports.
TIME magazine, in fresh editions, confirms many of the details first reported in this space:
“Using the Starr Report’s FBI analysis of Clinton’s DNA as its reference, STAR paid former prostitute Bobbie Ann Williams and her 13-year-old son for their story and blood samples.”
“The Starr Report contains sufficient data to make a valid DNA comparison to rule out paternity,” TIME magazine reported.
The DRUDGE REPORT has learned that 13-year old Danny Williams is now dealing with the news that Bill Clinton is not his father.
“Danny is holding up fine... doing quite well,” a source close to the situation in Arkansas explained on Saturday.
“For him, this was always just a search for the truth,” the source added.
In what now must be viewed as a cruel hoax by the boy’s mother — Bobbie Ann Williams even gave a paid interview to PARAMOUNT’s HARD COPY detailing her “relationship” with Bill Clinton — the story of sex for money that ended in pregnancy itself, in the end, was debunked and flunked by science.
The tale of Bobbie Ann and her son has been running deep in the Arkansas underground for years. The story hit national exposure with a treatment in the GLOBE tabloid in 1992. The GLOBE at the time reported that the mother had passed a lie detector test.
A picture of young Danny was legend on the Internet, even becoming a source of questioning at a White House press briefing earlier this week.
“The picture on the Internet he looks exactly like the President,” declared a reporter at the White House.
Press secretary Lockhart: “That’s good. And I’m an alien space baby.”
And while the elite media will bark that it was wrong to report the DNA chase that was unfolding behind the scenes — until after it is all over, of course — DRUDGE REPORT readers of all stripes have come to expect details on events rocking and shocking those unfortunate souls who rise to power!

the thing is, none of us can speak from the stand-point of our own righteousness. Marriage isn’t sacred because of us. It is sacred because God says it is. Our lives are generally messes and most of us can’t stand up and say “hey, I did this thing right.” we can stand and say, hey, even though I have not lived my life perfectly - God’s Word, which is higher than my own record, says it this way - and regardless how I’ve lived it, that makes it so.
Man the Clintons just provide too much fun for the media to let them slip away.
Mrs Deaves said the physical relationship with her father was like “a sexual relationship with any other man”.
For Mr Deaves the sexual relationship was “absolutely fantastic”.
A South Australian police media spokesman said “the couple is being monitored”.

Agreed. And two sad people with obvious issues don’t deserve to be made fun of. They seem like they are otherwise nice people, or at least have not done society much harm. No criminal records or such. No friends or neighbors claiming they shrink heads in the basement or other craziness. They faced some of life’s painful experiences, had limited support networks, and made some bad decisions compelled by base instinct unchecked by thought. I do not excuse their life choices, but I think they needed people’s help and came up dry.
Just gag me with a spoon, then kill me now.
