Hey buddy!

The truth? liberals are never interested in the truth!

Reminds me of when Pilate was questioning Christ, and asked, "What is truth?"

OPINION: Both Mr. and Mrs. Clinton are serial liars.

Pathologic liars would be more like it. They cannot help themselves. It’s like eating chocolate or Jay’s potato chips. They cannot tell just one!

If we could easily spot this as a falsehood, why did Clinton and her staff believe it? Do they not know that Medicaid is available for pregnant women? They should have noticed something wrong with the story as told to them. How can they claim to "fix" the health care system if they do not know how it currently works?

When I was a little girl I always dreamed of being black, but they wouldn’t take a “typical white” girl “who couldn’t jump ...”’

When she was running for the senate in NY, didn’t she say she had Jewish ancestors, that she had just found out about?

Hillary lies exposed again.”

Hillary lies,exposed again.

The first sent shivers up and down my spine, the second was no surprise

What a difference a little comma can make. But better a shiver down your spine than a thrill running up your leg.

The MSM kept her "ducking bullets" lie a secret for 7 years - the Clintons are used to the "pass". She probably expected it with this lie too.

Too bad the MSM didn't have the wit to understand that credibility was their only product.

Maybe, finally, the internet is going to put an end to this yarn-telling that has characterized politics for so long.

Not only are most of the stories embellished-—the Witch just happens to be the worst at that-—they don’t mean anything in terms of policy.

Anyone who thinks the poor are turned away from hospitals in this country have never sat in an ER. And even if it happened in this case or that, that says NOTHING about the state of health care in this country or what the policy issues are.

Just like being pinned down by sniper fire (how dare that Witch laugh about her despicable lies on Leno?) says NOTHING about one’s ability to be Commander in Chief.

> The truth? liberals are never interested in the truth!

I am astonished that there are probably people out there who cannot see thru the transparent attempt by Clinton to manipulate their heart-strings into getting them to vote for her — as if she is going to do anything to fix hospitals in the US. Didn’t she take a swack at that once-upon-a-time in her first incarnation as First Lady? If nothing happened back then, what has changed so that this time around it will be any different? ‘Strewth! Does she think people do not do this basic calculation?

(Maybe they don’t! The scary thought is maybe some folk don’t!!!)

Sometimes you gotta wonder whether people’s eyes are painted on or something, not to see her for what she is: an opportunist who will do anything and say anything to be the center of attention. And if that means making the Truth more “interesting” thru embellishment, well, it’s a small price for her to pay in order for The Voter to be entertained.

Crikey, people like this try my patience!

But Ms. Sontag has allowed the story into the press, in its entirety, again, without any mention of the hospital’s liability under the federal anti-dumping laws.

I thought of this as well. I was half listening to Rush while he told the story and my ears pricked up when he said she was asked to pay a $100 fee. I never heard of such a thing. If she came in as an emergency, the hospital has to take her and at least stabelize her (I think a private hospital does retain the right to send her to a public hospital once stabilized, but someone can correct me on that).

Add this one to the list...

Anyone see a pattern? Clinton, Gore and Kerry all used phony human props to cite their position on health care insurance.

During John Kerry's nomination acceptance speech during the 2004 DNC, he trotted out his health insurance "poster child", Mary Ann Knowles. Kerry stated that she had to "keep working day after day right through her chemotherapy, no matter how sick she felt, because she was terrified of losing her family's health insurance". In reality, she had excellent coverage with 26 weeks of paid disability leave, but she chose to work through most of her treatment because her husband was unemployed.

Video of Kerry's Speech

Al Gore tried this same tactic in 2000 with Winifred Skinner.

Al Gore said, "It brings tears to your eyes. Here's this adorable, elderly woman out in Iowa who's so sick and so poor, that in order to pay for medicines she needs to stay alive, she has to scavenge in a local dump yard for cast-off tin cans."

"She gets a small pension," he said. "But in order to pay for her prescription drug benefits she has to go out seven days a week, several hours a day, picking up cans."

It turns out, as the statement was rectified, Mrs. Skinner goes out zero days a week, for zero hours a day, and that she was only speaking "in the name of" people she assumes must do this.

In 1994, Hillary Clinton used Kathy Bush when citing her case as an example of the high cost of medical care.

Later, investigators found the mother guilty of intentionally making her daughter sick and forcing her to undergo more than 40 needless surgeries, in what prosecutors called a case of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy.

“Forty-two-year old Kathy Bush had been charged with aggravated child abuse and fraud for bilking thousands of dollars from the State of Florida for medical expenses incurred by her daughter, Jennifer. The mother faces up to 45 years in prison.”

> What is obviously important is the intent of the story and how it is representative of the plight of this impoverished nation’s billions of uninsured single mothers who have been raped by savage Republican Christian men who hide behind that devil document, the Second Amendment.

In other words, “Fake but Accurate...”

Like her tale of dodging sniper fire: it might have happened to somebody once-upon-a-time somewhere in Bosnia, so it might as well have happened to the First Lady and the First Brat, for our entertainment.

After all, we’re too dumb to check, and anyrate it’s no-harm-no-foul because nobody gets hurt by her telling “Irish Fisherman Whoppers”. The New Reality becomes the Truth, and the Truth becomes something she is inconveniently reminded of by those awkward boring troglodytes who refuse to be entertained and who don’t find the New Reality more interesting.

I’m reminded of those Bar Stool SEALS who regale you with tales of Top Secret derring-do at your favorite local pub, who were so elite they didn’t need to do their BUD/s training and whose service records have been destroyed by Congress because what they did was so top-secret it would shatter world governments if anyone ever found out...

...with their tales getting more spine-tingling and improbable with each bourbon-and-cola they guzzle that some dam’nfool insists on buying them.

For them, their New Reality is that they are Rambo and that we should believe that, because it is more interesting than the Truth: that they never served a moment in Her Majesty’s Service, but instead served plenty of time Awaiting Her Majesty’s Pleasure in some gaol somewhere.

And when you point out the fact that the Bar Stool SEAL is telling fibs, he is as often as not offended, or he backpedals (Clinton’s favorite tactic). And still there are dam’nfool folk who will believe the New Reality rather than what is demonstrably True. And so the Bar Stool SEAL will have a ready audience for as long as he chooses to plague your favorite pub.

For his dam’nfool audience, the New Reality is more comfortable than the Truth, because for him to believe the Truth is to admit that he had been conned.

As with the Bar Stool SEAL, so it is with Clinton. As with the dam’nfool, so it is with her supporters.

Eventually they will leave your favorite pub so you can enjoy a cold pint-or-three in peace.

That’s how I see it, anyrate.

Anyone who has ever worked in a hospital knows that 99% of the democrat tales on health care is bull. This being one of the more blatant lies.

At this point a really shocking headline would be:

In a rare, unguarded moment, Hillary accidentally said something that was true.

Your own reaction to those words illustrates the shock value. We expect Clintons to lie and they've always come through with some biggies. If they were to suddenly start telling the truth it could have an effect on the earth's orbit around the sun.

If the deputy is right, and she really did say she “liked” the story, thats desturbing. I can see Hillary standing there listening to this cops story, and internally smiling ear to ear taking in all the bad news of this ladies death and hardship, and thinking about how she can make up a story for a stump speach.
