Over the last five weeks, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York has featured in her campaign stump speeches the story of a health care horror: an uninsured pregnant woman who lost her baby and died herself after being denied care by an Ohio hospital because she could not come up with a $100 fee.
The woman, Trina Bachtel, did die last August, two weeks after her baby boy was stillborn at O’Bleness Memorial Hospital in Athens, Ohio. But hospital administrators said Friday that Ms. Bachtel was under the care of an obstetrics practice affiliated with the hospital, that she was never refused treatment and that she was, in fact, insured.
“We implore the Clinton campaign to immediately desist from repeating this story,” said Rick Castrop, chief executive officer of the O’Bleness Health System.

First, the uglier-than-ugly one will lay it at the hands of the deputy ("Linda M. Weiss, a spokeswoman for the not-for-profit hospital, said the Clinton campaign had never contacted the hospital to check the accuracy of the story, which Mrs. Clinton had first heard from a Meigs County, Ohio, sheriff’s deputy in late February") until the "reporters" uncover the fact that the lying wife of a lying president, oh so eager to have a pitch, never confirmed the story.Then the Obama campaign can lay rightful claim attacking her irresponsible conduct and how it would spill over into the White House governance.
To survive the next few months gets more challenging each day!

Another day another lie. When the rat is treated as a Republican by the ratmedia, he doesn’t know what hit him.
But Ms. Sontag has allowed the story into the press, in its entirety, again, without any mention of the hospital’s liability under the federal anti-dumping laws.
Will PA and NC have the good sense NOT to vote for someone who: Cries for a vote, Misspoke for a vote, Misheard for a vote, lies about a hospital for a vote, lies about were her daughter was on 9/11 for a vote and more lies for a vote and then on her MLK speech does the tear trick again for a vote.
I am dumbfounded that people keep falling for her tricks. There’s an old saying “Foul me once, shame on you, foul me twice, shame one me”
A story Obama’s MSM is only reporting because Hillary has not dropped out of the race.
