Thanks, Jinxy. I need some of that. I am still coughing my lungs
up and I AM taking cough medicine.

Delsym contains dextromethorphan 30mg/tsp...Most cough meds like robutissin only have 5-10 mg.

It is a cough supressant...

Robitussin is what I have been taking and it helps for a few
short hours. This is the worst cough I have tried to conquer
in a long time.

I feel like such a whiner! LOL! Guess it’s the lack of sleep.

Delsym is a sustained release product...Should hang around for up to 12 hours.

Dose about an hour before bedtime should help you sleep.
