A disabled train has Chili Avenue blocked at the 3300 block, near Old Chili-Scottsville Road.

Disabled train blocking Chili Avenue
A disabled train blocked Chili Avenue this evening near Suburban Propane as well as Old Chili Scottsville Road, south of Chili Avenue.
The county Emergency Communications Department/911 Center reported crews were working to inspect and repair the train as needed, and reported at 10 p.m. that the train would not be moved for several more hours, and could affect the morning commute.

Local News stations are reporting large cranes are being brought in to lift the locomotive. The engine may be on top of the boulder.
Is that near an airport?
Shouldn't that be, "a differently-abled train" or "a handi-capable train"?
